All 3 to 5 year old children in Minnesota are

they have concerns.

Childhood Screening is a FREE and simple check of
your child’s:

u Hearing
u Height
u Weight
u Development

The screening tools are designed to provide a
snapshot of your child’s motor, thinking, speech
and language skills. Results are based on your child’s
age at the time of the screening.
