FEBRUARY 7 The story is told of an elderly hunchbacked street cleaner who swept streets along the
Yarkon River in Tel Aviv. For years people silently ignored him barely noticing his sad face,

of the opportunities around us. Suddenly the gift is gone forever.

Save the Date! No, we do not live in the era of Yaakov Avinu. However, we do have giants and sages,
elderly and aging people among us. We should be sure to value them, respect them and

valuable stories that can illuminate our lives; they represent our bridge to the past while
offering a glimpse into a vanishing world.
Have a wonderful Shabbos! We look forward to seeing everyone back in school!
