statuses. Your sales associate will also collaborate with other experienced Daniel Island Real Estate brokers to develop a
pricing strategy designed to compete in the market and ensure top results

Property Condition
We will work with you to organize and stage your home to showcase its potential, so the home is looking its best and is
desirable to a wide array of audiences.
Signage & Access
If allowed, we will place a ‘For Sale’ sign in your yard and provide a lockbox for your property so area realtors may access the
home for showings, unless a lockbox is not desired. We will also provide detailed, honest feedback from all showings of your
home.
Open Houses
Daniel Island Real Estate and your listing agent will host an Open House for potential buyers and local realtors in accordance
with your neighborhood covenants and regulations.
Managing the Sales Process
Once an offer on your property has been made by a buyer, your listing agent will present it to you and discuss whether
negotiations are desired. Our team of agents are expert negotiators whose responsibility is to represent your interests
throughout the entire process and transaction. When an offer is accepted, we will help you maneuver through the necessary
documents and paperwork until the property has closed.
