To manage Safe Senders: Finding Messages in Proofpoint
1. Click Lists on the left side of the window.
To locate a message in Proofpoint, click Find.
2. From My Lists, choose the Safe Senders List.
Then, type your search criteria and click Find Now.

BLOCKED SENDERS. The Blocked Senders list in

To manage Blocked Senders:

1. Click Lists on the left side of the window.

2. From My Lists, choose the Blocked Senders List.

3. Then, click New, Edit or Delete to add a new
sender to the list, edit a selection, or delete a
selection.

Note: When adding a new blocked sender, you can
specify an email address or domain.

Changing Digest Preferences

To change Digest preferences in Proofpoint, click Profile
on the left side of the window.
