Page 1 of 14 Introduction the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Technology's Open Day once again to be scheduled at the same place here in AIMST University. We have assembled a thorough packet of documents as part of the event planning process to make sure everything goes without a hitch the day of the event. This documentation consists of any necessary forms or documents that must be filled out to participate, information on the event's aims and goals, the open day's concept or topic, the flow of arrangements, and the program budget. We recognize that planning a large-scale event can be challenging, but with the aid of this documentation, we are optimistic that we can make the Open Day a success. Vision To position Faculty of Engineering and Computer Technology (FECT) as a leading institution in the field. Mission To promote the faculty as a leading institution in the field of engineering and computer science by attracting prospective students, establishing connections with industry leaders, and increasing awareness of the opportunities in the field. To provide an engaging and interactive experience for attendees that showcases the high-quality education and training offered by the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Technology at AIMST University. Objectives i. To draw many prospective students to AIMST University's Faculty of Engineering and Computer Technology ii. To highlight the range of academic offerings from the faculty, including the Foundation program, Diploma of Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Bachelor of Computer Science. iii. To give businesses and sectors associated to engineering and computer science a chance to demonstrate their goods iv. To make sure that events and activities make participants feel included and involved

This is also an opportunity to expose them to the faculty and the courses offered by the faculty. Impact of online gaming during the Open Day : The impact of online gaming during the Open Day is that it can bring a younger audience to the event, who may not have been interested in traditional information sessions or tours. Additionally, the online gaming competition can create a sense of excitement and engagement for attendees, and by having a caster promoting the online gaming and the Open Day program on social media, it can increase the reach and visibility of the event to a wider audience. Approach to promoting and registering prospects for courses during the Open Day: To approach participants and crowd of the online gaming that are coming to the Open Day, we can have representatives from the faculty available to speak with them about the courses offered and the admissions process. Additionally, we can have information sessions and tours of the faculty's facilities during the event, and have registration forms and materials available for those who are interested in applying. We can also have a dedicated registration booth for the prospects who interested in our courses.
