On behalf of Old Colony YMCA, please accept our sincerest thanks
for your extraordinary sponsorship of our 5th Annual Rise Up Gala
on October 15th. This amazing event, both virtual and in-person, has
already started to benefit the many kids and families that Old Colony
YMCA has the privilege to serve.

While Old Colony YMCA has always pushed the boundaries of how
a Y invests in its community, the recent pandemic has challenged us
in unprecedented ways, both financially and in how we serve families
facing extraordinary challenges. But true to its history and mission,
Old Colony YMCA answered the call.

The Rise Up Gala is a critical source of support that allows us to
make this work possible. During the height of the pandemic, the Y
delivered the grocery equivalent of 5,000 meals per week; provided
shelter for families experiencing homelessness; offered mental health
counseling to families struggling with the crisis; and made summer camp
and childcare accessible for thousands of children and families who live
in the 31 cities and towns we serve in Southeastern Massachusetts.

Those needs persist today, and because of your generosity, we are
able to continue meeting them. Your contribution will directly benefit
those kids and families in our programs who need extra support or
a helping hand. You are truly changing lives for the better.
