Zungu Chen Family Taijiquan

In this class, students will learn and practice the Zungu Chen Family Taijiquan first form posture

students will gain health benefits, develop strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, and
understand basic Taiji principles. The martial aspects and health benefits are retained in the
Zungu Chen Family Taijiquan. Students can practice this form as a martial art with low powerful
stances or for health in a higher position with graceful, slow, light movements. Please wear
comfortable clothing. Debbie Au is a certified Chen Taiji instructor of direct Chen Family (Gong Fu
