How a person can make each individual feel appreciated and important

I will remember football and pom poms, firm and fun, Flat Stanley, habitats, reading
groups, counting money, computer passwords, your gentle firmness, your patience,
how much my girls learned and loved your class.
A wish that I have for you is:
That you will retire knowing how much of a difference you have made in so many lives
and that you will continue to do so in your own unique ways.
