A: May I re-confirm that you’re staying with us for 3 nights so the deposit would be three thousands Thai
baht. Would you like to pay us in cash or credit card sir/madam?
B: Ok, by credit card, please.
A: Thank you, could you wait for second please, so that we will process the room’s key cards for you.

A: This is your room number 1601, on 16 floors. Your arrival date is today and departure date is on ……. .
Just to inform you that our check-out time is before 12 o’clock. And this is your Wi-Fi username and
password.
B: Ok.
A: Your room is also included breakfast. Breakfast is in Café 9 on this floor (floor 9); starts form 6 am to
10.30 am in the morning. And when you arrive, you just have to inform your room number.
B: Ok, thank you.
A: You’re welcome. Have a nice stay with us. And if you have any problems you can call us direct from
