Cadet Officer Reflection

Being my first exchange programme, ICEP really was an eye opener for me. Not only
had I forged new friendships, but I had also gained many new insights into how the
Americans run their camp.
● Clear communication (without phones)
● Crowd management
● Expectations were set from the start

Applying to our units

Applying to our units

Motivation and support: Encouraging others would inspire them to do more in order to
reach their goal, even if they don’t, they did do their best.
Teamwork: Communication is key. Without it, there can be no coordination in whatever we
do, thus we must work together in order to achieve results.
Leadership and character: Leading future generations is important to pass on years of
relevant knowledge and to build a positive mindset.
It is important to be a leader as the school still has many generations of students and we
have to keep passing down the knowledge to them so that learning can go further.
