Welcome to sneaker sanctuary this is a introduction to your new job we gladly appreciate that you decided to join our
company we provide kids with the best shoes for comfort and size we are the best choice for sneakers and we want to
provide our customers with a happy fit. We are happy to have you as a employee we a very caring company and we care
about your well being and how your doing. This job is easy but it’s a hand on job you’ll be restocking sneakers and taking
stocking the shelves and taking orders from customers.
Mission Statement
• Our goal is to make sure are employees are trained to always satisfy our customers.
We want to make sure our customers enjoy the comfort size designs and color of
our shoes we want our customers to feel safe and at ease and to enjoy their time

Company Description
At Sneaker Sanctuary we provide the best customer service and we always try to help
everyone’s needs and help them by any means possible we provide a list of services

Dress Code
We take dress code seriously. We want our employees looking professional at all times You must keep
the uniforms clean at all times. We want to make sure we look clean and appealing to our customers
★ You must wear a company provide red shirt
★ You are not allowed to have jewelry
★ You must wear black bottoms
★ You are not allowed to wear slides or crocs
★ Skirts and dresses must be at least mid-thigh in length
★ Pants must be worn at waist level, without underwear showing
★ Shirts must be tucked in
Cellphone Policy We want our employees to have their phones on them because we
understand they employees can have emergencies or have families and children and people
who may need them so we allow phones.
★ Allowed to text and call during break periods
★ Cell Phones are allowed but not to be our while working
★ You are allowed to have your phones in your pocket
★ Phone shouldn't be out while working

Smoking policy
You are not allowed to smoke on work property or near work property if caught smoking
you will be offered one warning after that one warning if it happens again there will be
consequences for your actions
➢ No electronic cigarettes
➢ No cigarettes

➢ No weed
Lunch policy /Break policy
You are given two breaks a day but we encourage you to take breaks but you are not
required but its good for your mental health
➢ Full time Workers will be provided with a 15 minute break workers will be also
provided with two 15 minute breaks an this for full time employees who work more
than 6 hours or more
➢ Part time works only will get 1 30 minute break for the employees who work less
than 5 hours rest breaks are on the clock so you don’t have to clock out
➢ Breaks can be taken after the first two hours of working. Employees are suppose to
stay in the building during breaks in the break room
➢ Please notify your supervisor when your going on a break
Lunch Policy
The amount of time you take on your lunch break doesn’t effect your pay they are longer
than regular breaks with supervisor you are able to choose how long your lunch break is
from 30-60 minutes
➢ Employees who work more than 6 hours are provided with a lunch break
➢ Employees who work more than 5 hours don’t get a lunch break
➢ You must clock out to record your lunch break
➢ Employees who work over 10 hours get 2 lunch breaks
➢ Lunch breaks are taken after the first 3-4 hours of work
