Camp Simcha and Camp Simcha Special

For over 30 years, Camp Simcha and Camp Simcha
Special have lived up to their names by bringing
joyful and meaningful summer memories to children
with pediatric illness. Camp Simcha, named in
memory of Dr. Samuel Abraham, was established
in 1987 to deliver fun and life-changing summer experiences for
children battling cancer and other hematological illnesses. Camp
Simcha Special, named in memory of Zvi Dovid Obstfeld, offers a
positive, growth-oriented environment for children facing the challenges of
serious chronic illness to be active and reach their potentials. Through their fully
accessible facilities, their dedicated staff, and confidence-building activities,
Camp Simcha and Camp Simcha Special impact young lives to grow, be inspired
and live life to the fullest.

generation of lay leadership and emerging philanthropists.
The Young Builders Society connects young professionals
who are committed to Chai Lifeline’s mission and eager to

play a significant and active role in the growth of the organization.

Client-Driven Services

Chai Lifeline will conduct external surveys and internal assessments
examining client needs in order to improve and facilitate services. The
findings will provide important insight and guidance into resource
allocation and program development moving forward.

Project Chai

In its effort to expand its valuable support
network, Project Chai will offer its crisis
intervention services in Florida, Baltimore and other regions across North
America, and continue its growth in the Chassidic community. In addition,
Project Chai plans to broaden consultations in Israel and Europe.

i-Shine Opens Westchester / Riverdale Chapter

loss in their homes, a group of dedicated volunteers launched an i-Shine chapter
serving Westchester and Riverdale in 2019. i-Shine, Chai Lifeline’s national
