Al Aziz Mosque at
Marina Square”
Al Aziz Mosque opened on the 1st day of Holy
month of Ramadan which added a great value to
the community. The interior design and the
architectural work carried out at the mosque are
impressive. The first prayer was the Ishaa Prayer
which was conducted at the opening ceremony
of the mosque.
In total the mosque can accommodate 2,270
people (2,100 Men / 170 Women).
Nepal’s Donation”
Three60 Communities along with Emirates Red
Crescent organized a donation campaign at the
Paragon Mall in Marina Square for the Nepal
families that were affected by the devastating
earthquakes.
We would like to thank our residents for their
generous support towards the calamity in Nepal.
We were overwhelmed with support and donations.
Ramadan Activities”
During the Holy month of Ramadan we had conducted few
activities at our community and we are proud to share with
you:
1. Emirates Red Crescent
Three60 communities were in partner with Red Crescent
during the Holy month for the Ramadan Campaign
organized by Emirates Red Crescent.
We are glad that Emirates Red Crescent also has placed
boxes in the Paragon Mall for charity collection.

2. Iftar for Special Needs Children
During the Holy Month of Ramadan, we with Zayed Higher Organization had arranged Iftar for individuals with
special needs. We are highly obliged to Shawarmah Time, Candelite, and pizza de Rocco for their generous and
continuous support for the event.
3. Clothing Drive
We had organized clothing drive for the collection of clothes
along with Emirates Red Crescent that was conducted in the
last 2 weeks of Ramadan at the Paragon Mall.
The Moto behind the collection was to donate our old clothes
which would be new for the people in need. We would like to
thank everyone who had helped to make the clothing drive
successful spread happiness in the families.
Marina Square Community Survey”
Three60 communities have released community
survey, in May 2015 in order to understand Marina
Square resident’s satisfaction and ongoing
requirements. This is part of our commitment to better
serve our resident community.
The survey consisted of questions that covered areas
including resident experience with current services to
suggestions on facilities and amenities improvement
that residents would like to see.
We would like to assure you that your feedback is being
taken seriously and we will utilize the insight gained to
help improve our services, and subsequently your
overall community living experience.

Availability of storage Just a friendly reminder that storage space leasing is now
spaces” available for Marina Square residents. The storage provides a
convenient way to store items that are cluttering your home or
you may not need on a regular basis.

Lift Padding”
In order to protect the service elevators which are used for
regular deliveries and re-location, we have completed the
installation of lift padding across the community.
To avoid damaging the elevators when you are moving large
objects into your home, we kindly request all residents to follow
the below:
• Use a service padded elevator.
• Passenger elevators must not be used during
moving in/out or for transporting home equipment or
furniture.
• In case, you notice any damages to the elevators
before you move items, notify community security
immediately.
This will help to protect your belonging as well as the
elevators.
We kindly request all the residents support in maintaining
this facility.

Car Park Upgrading”
We are pleased to announce that the Car Park Access Control System
will be upgraded across the community. The work has already
commenced and will be completed in shortly.
The upgrade includes the following:
Installation of Anti Pass- Back System
It is a system that prevents card holders from passing their card back to
a second unauthorized vehicle to gain illegal entry into the car park. As
the community is facing lot of parking related issues, installing the
system will assist in preventing unauthorized parking within the car
park. This installation is the latest technology and supports the overall
security systems within the community.
Replacement of the current parking access cards with slimmer
cards
New parking accesses cards are far thinner and have a longer range
distance providing greater convenience for card holders. Please make
sure to collect your access card from the tower reception security as
soon as possible.
Installation of long range antennas
Results in your vehicle being detected more effectively.
Replacement of barrier arms with speedy arms.
Closing time for the new barriers is 1.3 seconds. Please make sure to
wait for the vehicle ahead to pass then use your parking access card to
open the barrier and avoid damage to your vehicle or barrier.
Parking Rules
• Please use the assigned parking bay for your vehicle.
• Homeowners/Residents are responsible for ensuring that family,
guests, and employees obey the parking rules and park in the
designated visitor parking area.
• Parking on the pavements, fire lane, lawn area or handicapped
parking space without a handicap placard or similar
authorization is strictly prohibited and offenders can be
penalized by the Police.
Bus Shade”
As the summer months draw in, Three60
communities has taken the initiative to install bus
shades, in and around the community in bid to cool
down to protect daily commuters.
As a part of the community development continue to
pursue customer satisfaction by providing a level of
comfort while waiting for public transportation.

Community Events”
As part of Three60 Communities continuous
efforts to create an amazing community lifestyle,
we are proud to announce that we have held
another successful event in Marina Square
Community at Reem Island and this time was
via coordination with Etihad Airways. The
concept of the event was to give a live
experience of the fascinating destinations and
attractions in Asia so our residents can take a
look at the offers and pick their favorite way to
make their summer holiday even more
unforgettable.
Residents were amazed by the number and
variety of the event participants, artists, dancing
shows, restaurants and different kinds of music
representing each country in Asia.
The event was well received by the residents
and we are looking forward to providing them
with the best experience right within their
communities.

There is a leak under a sink, bath or toilet
Turn off the water valve which supplies the fixture. Valves are usually positioned close to the
fixture or appliance on the wall. Please note, that all equipment and fixtures in the unit are the
responsibility of the unit Owner / Resident.
Please make sure equipment is regularly serviced.
There is a leak from the water heater
Turn off the valve located adjacent to the heater, (this may be above the ceiling panel). Open the
hot tap and drain the water heater.
Call your maintenance service provider to arrange for an inspection & rectification.
There are damp spots on my ceiling or walls
There may be a water leak and the source must be investigated. It could be from the unit above,
adjacent or your own unit.
If you can trace the leak to one location (toilet, sink or tub), turn off the valve of the fixture. If you
cannot find the valve you should turn off the main water supply to your unit. You should make
yourself familiar with this valves location during the handover of your apartment. Closing this valve
will minimize any damage to your and other apartments.
My sink or toilet is blocked
Do not attempt to clear blockages by inserting rods or other objects into the fixture or pipework,
this may damage pipes and cause leaks. Attempting to clear blockages with chemicals can be
corrosive and dangerous. In all cases of blockages call 800-360
I have a power outage in my house
Check to see if your neighbors still have electricity. If they do, the problem could be inside your
home. Check your main fuses or circuit breakers to see if they have blown or tripped. Resetting a
circuit breaker may restore your electricity. If the problem persists, unplug all appliances and
electrical devices, rest the circuit breaker and then plug in appliances, this will identify if an
appliance is causing the fault. If it is not an appliance, please call 800-360
If the problem is not just your home, please call ADDC on 800-2332 (24/7)
There is no power to an electrical appliance
Check the wall switch has been turned on. Once this
is determined, inspect the circuit breakers and reset as required.
An air-conditioning unit is not cooling
Please note that A/C units need to be serviced and filters need to be cleaned every 3 months.
Make sure to contract a third party service provider for the A/C maintenance.
If you have a problem with the A/C cooling, please contact your maintenance service provider.
