CONCLUSION

Got exposed to the real working environment. Totally
different from campus life.

I gained a lot of new experience working in the
organization that practices my course field.

Theories applied during the training from the aspects
of management; self-management, knowledge
management, office management and more others.

I improve a lot on my self-confidence,
communication, social and soft skills.

Industrial training is essential for final semester
students that are in the last stage of competing their

degree before jumping into working life
