Situation
The pretty village of Rushton is set among the gently undulating countryside of North Northamptonshire. The
village offers local amenities including Church, Public House, School, village cricket, the country estate hotel Rushton

The Property
The approach from the east is impressive, with access gained via the main
entrance to Rushton Hall through the 19th century North and South Lodge
gate houses. The driveway branches to the right, leading to electric wrought
iron gates into the Dower House grounds.
With origins dating back to the early 18th Century, The Dower House is
constructed of coursed ironstone and red brick, in the main, set under a
Collyweston roof.
The generous accommodation of classic proportions has been carefully
