Avril Seffton-Brown

I’ve lived in Norfolk now for over twenty years, bringing up both my daughters in this
wonderful area, which also allows me to indulge my personal passion for photography.
My estate agency career started in Pimlico, London, working with overseas buyers as
well as a huge range of properties. Moving to Norfolk, I developed a real talent for
working with country homes, understanding how to market them and the needs of these
unique homes buyers. I subsequently set up and trained the staff for a large regional
high end Estate Agency. Having now also worked with a major player in online Estate
Agency, I can advise you on all aspects of how modern Estate Agency can help you
realise your property’s full market potential.

Conrad Bem

My passion is sales, with past customers including NATO and the Royal Family. I have
now worked in Estate Agency for the last 15 years, with both National firms and local
independent agencies here in Norfolk and in Suffolk. I was fortunate to be head hunted
by Purplebricks some six years ago and was instrumental in establishing Purplebricks
across Norfolk and Suffolk, providing me with a fantastic understanding of both online
and traditional Estate Agency. Combining my love for sales and property is a dream
come true and delivers fantastic results for the 1000s of moves I have helped achieve.

Darren Williams

I started my Estate Agency Life as an office junior in 1988, working my way through
the ranks also qualifying as a mortgage Consultant in 1996. I then relocated to Spain
in 1999, where I was Sales Director for a large International Real Estate Firm, before
opening and eventually selling my own Real Estate Business. I have since worked to
build up my own property portfolio of residential and holiday lets. As well as working
in the Online and High Street Estate Agency sector across Norfolk & Suffolk. With over
30 years of related experience, I love sharing my knowledge with homeowners and
landlords to help them achieve their goals.

Hello I’m Lucina and like the others in the team, I think, I have an interesting back story
– firstly I’m a mother of 3 & a grandmother to 3. I live in Norwich and know Norfolk
very well too. I’m an accredited Youth Advocate and have worked in estate agency for
24 years now!
Outside family and work life, I’m a foodie – Norfolk is great for that – a keen traveller
and reader, who likes whodunnits and TV documentaries. I have a degree in Law with
Criminology and Psychology. This varied background means I base all relationships with
home buyers and sellers on mutual respect.

Stuart Walton

I began my professional career as a teacher of English at 22 in 1987. I left that job in
2015 and worked as a Sales Associate in an estate agency locally, as well as
establishing my own property introduction business, and web design company. I write
and run marketing campaigns for many estate agents, as a web designer and copywriter.
My time with Sefftons began in January 2022, when Conrad Bem was most amenable
in showing us a property we are now buying. We instructed Sefftons to sell our family
home in Bradwell and the experience has been outstanding. I know a great company
when I see one, from writing, marketing and working in property. I’m delighted to be a

Suzanne Waldron

What can I say, I love what I do. Initially focusing on the mortgage side of property and
based in a High Street Estate agency office, I quickly realised that the sale of a home
involved so much more than just paperwork and I could put my skills to far better use as
an estate agent. With an eye for detail and the ability to see the bigger picture allows
me to guide buyers through the process of selling and buying. This can be a hugely
emotional time for people, so I always ensure that I’m there when needed. Now with
over 10 years experience, both on the High Street and with online estate agency, I’m
able to answer most questions. I’ve also put my property knowledge to use in my personal
