WHAT TO EXPECT

RACHEL: Just Audit is headed by Rachel Davis who has been in practice for over 23 years. Her
personal experience is with small, medium and large sized accountancy practices; so she has
experience of many different sizes and types of clients. She also has a rich pedigree with a variety
of influential committee groups including the ICAEW and as president and in other roles within
regional chartered accountancy groups.

TECHNOLOGY: The whole team works from home offices across the UK so technology is vitally
important and embraces a hosted server solution, paperless auditing, secure client portals, VOIP phones and triple screens. Inflo is the
most recent part of the Just Audit technology journey, for both its work-flow based client portal to the more complex data analytics for
the larger clients.

WHAT WE DO: Just Audit has been in operation since 2006 and works alongside 30 accountancy firms carrying out audit work for
100+ clients of those firms. The company positions itself to carry out assurance type work only, such as statutory audit and Solicitors
Accounts Rules. It does not offer general accountancy services or tax advice and is the perfect complement for firms of accountants
who don’t carry out audits themselves. The type of work carried out by Just Audit is principally the statutory audit of limited companies.

TEAM: We invest in our team, all of whom are friendly and approachable with a vast amount of experience to smooth the whole audit
process. They are all professionally qualified or qualified by experience and we also have trainee auditors who are working towards
chartered accountant status.

WORKING DIGITALLY

DATA ANALYTICS: We embrace data analytics and our service incorporates digital auditing techniques which enables us to
interrogate vast amounts of data in many ways. There are multiple added benefits to clients including graphical analysis of trends
in transactions as well as various techniques which can help to identify transactions that might carry increased risk, anomalous or
unusual transactions.

Data analytics adds a new dimension to the audit and provides a deeper insight into company data, drilling down efficiently and
effectively. An added benefit of this approach is our platform’s ‘Request and Share’ functionality which smooths the workflow of
requesting and receiving information, linking the request directly to the information being provided, securely and professionally.

Our technology also assists greatly in working remotely and efficiently - designed to make your audit as hassle-free as possible.
