Located at the new Generali Tower at Gran Rubina Business Park in the Rasuna Epicentrum area of
Kuningan, Yeu Saigon Cafe is designed as a casual fine dining outlet for everyone wanting to enjoy
incredible Vietnamese cuisine.
Created to introduce the finer and less known gems of Vietnamese cuisine besides the ubiquitous Pho
and Banh Mi, This restaurant serves Vietnamese delicacies from the North, Central and South of Vietnam
which are not commonly available in restaurants outside Vietnam. Our beverage menu attracts attention
as well for its unique Vietnamese flavor to many common non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks.
After its opening in 2015, we were surprised by the response from Jakarta diners where there appears
strong following for authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

SAIGON DELIGHT

Designed to offer busy executives, office workers , families and health conscious individuals a healthy
cuisine despite their hectic schedules , Saigon Delight is located at various strategic malls in the city as
well as the greater Jakarta vicinty. Our specialty dishes include our homemade 20cm Banh Mi , created
by hands of trained bakers, all baked at the right temperature to deliver an authentic Vietnamese Banh
Mi experience . We also serve Pho, Rolls , Porridge and many other delectable items that are easy and
quick to enjoy . We have recently expanded our menu to offer many new Vietnamese street food and
emerging Vietnamese fusion dishes.
Our Vietnamese coffees are also attracting a lot of attention, made specifically for us by a boutique
roaster in Vietnam . Roasted with a combination of 30% Vietnamese Arabica and 70% Robusta
beans topped off with a French butter roast.
This concept restaurant is a rapidly developing model, which we plan to replicate throuhout the
city. Offering a healthy, authentic and affordable option suited for high traffic locations such as mix
development model of offices and apartments.
This concept is targeted at the mid range market with a price point of Rp.100.000-150.000 per pax
for food and beverage.

MADAME MAI

This is our most recent brand concept. The motivation behind this concept is to bring our offerings to
the masses. Currently it is our lowest price point segment.
At a price point of Rp 50.000-70.000 per pax for food and beverage, our strategy is to provide an
authentic and healthy Vietnamese dining option to the mass market which in our opinion is missing
healthy dining alternatives.
We tweaked our model in various ways without sacrificing portion size or quality in order to be able to
achieve this price point.
Based on the response from our two intial cncept outlets, we have become very optimistic that event at
this segment, there is a strong secognition seeking healthy cuisine options.

CATERING

We are also equipped to handle mid size catering events ranging
from 20-500 pax as we grow the company.
We will endeveour to increase our catering service to the regions.

FUTURE

Our aim is to grow an authentic Vietnamese brand to tap into a gap of healthy food options in
Jakarta in all segments.
We believe the focus is going to be healthy dining options as chronic disease as a result of
our lifestyles become more prevalent .
The objective is to grow initially in the greater Jakarta area and then take the brand national
in Indonesia.
