About WFG’s MyHome®
MyHome® is a web based application that provides pre and post-closing
home information, including a Dashboard and access to common transaction
documents.
There are no special requirements to use WFG’s MyHome® Dashboard, just an
internet connection and browser.
This gives you a personalized experience for tracking the progress of your real
estate transaction. MyHome® is fully responsive, mobile-first and built with you
and your clients in mind.

WFG’s MyHome® Features
Notifications
MyHome® notifications are triggered via email and SMS upon completion of key
milestones. MyHome® notifications generate automatically and are sent to
you and your client provided your email addresses are on file with WFG.
Dashboards
The MyHome® Dashboard is available for Buyers and Sellers, Real Estate Agents,
Transaction Coordinators, Loan Officers, and Loan Processors.
Once registered, information about your transaction(s) is immediately available.
This includes current status, documents, and contact information for each
transaction.
Orders
MyHome® includes a combination of Residential Transaction Types and Product
Types, including Listing, Resale, Title Only and Builder.
Registration
Complete a simple registration process
to use the MyHome® Dashboard.

form. Be sure to use the email
address on file with WFG.

WFG’s MyHome® Timeline
The WFG MyHome® process starts once an order has been opened. The
completion of key events trigger MyHome® notifications and MyHome®
dashboard updates.
For example, when the Title Report is complete, a MyHome® Title Report
Delivered notification is triggered. The MyHome® dashboard displays the Title
Report Delivered event as completed.

The MyHome® dashboards display percentage complete to easily track the
progress of your WFG transaction. The percentage complete updates when the
event completes.

Get 5 Stars Three days after transaction close
End of Week Status Every Saturday for open orders, and current closed
Anniversary One month, six month and one year anniversary
dates after transaction closed for three years.

WFG’s MyHome® Client Dashboard
The MyHome® Client and Consumer dashboards provide the status of your
transactions at a glance.
• Property addresss and buyer/seller name is displayed, along with map
location
• Transactions are separated by Buyers, Sellers and Closed buckets
• Percentage complete and Last Completed File event is displayed
• Select notification bell to view new events
Select icon on Map or bucket on Client Dashboard to drill into Transaction

The Transaction Details view provides a summarized view of your transaction.
Click the Dashboard button to view Consumer Dashboard or click X to return to
the Client Dashboard.

The Consumer Dashboard is an exact replica of what Consumers see on
their MyHome® Dashboard. Click Back to Dashboard to return to your Client
Dashboard.

Complete a simple registration process to use the MyHome® Dashboard.

WFG’s Value Added Services
WFG has partnered with Updater, a time-saving tool that helps Consumers
organize and complete moving-related tasks like reserving a moving
company, connecting home services, updating accounts, forwarding mail, and
transferring utilities.
Buyers and Sellers are provided an Updater account at no cost. After the Title
Report is complete, your client will receive an email invitation directly from
Updater to optionally claim their account.

WFG’s MyHome® Subscription Preferences
Easily customize your MyHome® notifications using one of the following options:
1. Via MyHome® SMS Notification. Reply back STOP or 555 to unsubscribe.
2. Via MyHome® Dashboard. Select the Hamburger icon, then select
slider to turn notifications on or off.
3. Via MyHome® Email Notification. Select unsubscribe here on any
MyHome® notification, and then make desired changes.
Changes immediately take effect.

How can I be sure that I receive MyHome® notifications?
Be sure to have an up to date email address on file, and that our notifications
are not filtering to spam/junk folders. Please contact your WFG representative if
you need to have your contact information updated, including email address.
How do I sign into MyHome®?
Select Register for MyHome® link* on
any MyHome® Email Notification or go to

How do I reset my password?
Go to https://wfgmyhome.com/client
and select Forgot Password. Enter email
address and select Reset Password. A
password reset email will generate within a
moment.
