ROYAL WEDDING

The flags were up, the
tables were laid and we

Trevor & May…..all to
watch and enjoy the royal
wedding.

Everyone had a lovely
time and raised a toast to the
new Duke & Duchess of Sussex.

There was even a patriotic
dessert made by Sarah to
enjoy!

KEPPLEGATE TEAM NEWS

Many congratulations to Luigi and his beautiful bride,
Kathleen, on their recent nuptials in the Philippines.
We wish them both a happy married life together.

Cousin Tammy flew out for the ceremony and looked
very glam too!

Team News 2

We are very sorry to say goodbye to Sarah, also
known as Maricel. We’ll miss her cheerfulness,
her smile and most of all her “quiet voice”!!!
Thank you Sarah for all your hard work and care
for our residents over the years.

Team News 3

Pauline’s daughter, Sian, was
lucky enough to be invited to a
palace garden party a few days
after the royal wedding through
her work with the Prince’s
Trust. Surprisingly, they were
allowed to take photos and she
even spotted the newly-weds
from a distance!

Team News 4

Due to his holiday being changed by the tour operator at the eleventh hour, Adam’s
planned “Knitathon” has been postponed until he gets back from his jollies. As per the
poster on the next page, it will now start at 11.00 a.m. on Friday, 29th June and will
continue until eleven the following morning.

We couldn’t let a theme day pass us by as good as ‘National
Fish & Chip Day’ without joining in! Agnes, Margaret, Jessie
& Joe were transported to Knott End Fish & Chip Shop to
enjoy a meal in the sunshine, while our other residents were
brought back portions from the shop for a tasty meal at Kepplegate.
