Production

C&C produces each sign directly, and is thus able to control product quality and keep costs under control.
We can produce signs by using and combining various materials such as Plexiglas, PVC, forex, aluminum,
steel, brass, and wood, using new flatbed printing technologies, and when necessary combining these
materials with various types of LED lights with a variety of technical possibilities.In addition, C&C can
produce any sign in compliance with ADA norms.

Our products often require special processing that is carried out with artisan techniques. From the sandblasting
of the pieces that emerge from the milling machine, to the bending and gluing of plexiglass for the production of
displays, trays, furniture accessories. In addition, buffing and brushing, or treatments like nickel-plating, anodising
and chrome-plating, are carried out for the processing of wood and metal parts which, once assembled, make up
finished products such as built-up letters, frames for luminous panels and signs.

Illuminated Vessel Names

C&C manufactures small to big size Illuminated Vessels Names with different illuminating techniques:
Boxed letters with back-light panels with led technology – Fiber optic illuminating system – Back light
open light diffusion with special marine led stripes – Back light diffusion with acrylic diffuser.

Emergency Led Lamp

C&C have developed a new product line dedicated to the marine emergency lighted signs. Based on the
longexperience reached in years of collaboration with shipyard and owners, the emergency lighted signs
have been planned and engineered to be aesthetically agreeable, reliable and not bulky. Installation do not
require any ceiling or panel cut allowing also a very easy maintenance. A dedicated built in power supply
assure functionality with both DC and AC power, which assembled with dedicated led modules, satisfy marine
requirements with an high performance product. The high quality methacrylate sign is engraved and not
printed increasing the high visibility.

Safety Signage

SOLAS and Flag States require photoluminescent signs to use on board in order to increase safety and clarify
the meaning of the safety equipments (Life Saving Aplliances, Fire Control, Means of Escape, etc.). Any type of
safety equipment should be marked with the appropriate sign. Our company has a standard production of all

Low Location Lighting

Our specialized technicians follow the entire LLL system starting from the analysis and project which will be
approved by the classification authorities to continue on installation of the complete LLL- PL system on board.
We also an approval service supplier by classification authorities for LLL testing and measurement. For the on
board inspections we assign qualified technicians equipped with high quality Digital Photometer calibrated for
testing LLL system which must be compliant with ISO 15370:2010 and IMO A. 752(18) resolutions.

Installation

C&C has a staff of specialized technicians who manage installation work anywhere on the ship, for any type
of work that the company requires involving on-board signage. This service is normally offered in conjunction
with production. Depending on needs, the customer may request the installation service in addition to
production. The most frequent requests from our customers regarding the installation service, as well as for
new equipment, include, for example, the replacement of existing signs during refurbishment, or replacement
of existing signs when ships are transferred to new geographical areas where new languages are required
for guests of different nationalities. This service is often provided during navigation. The installation service
also includes more rapid assistance, such as, for example, when there is a request to place signs that are
somewhat difficult to install.
