750 g spinach
1 chicken breast
6 glasses of water

Şah Pilavı
When it comes to Azerbaijani cuisine, one of the first dishes that comes to mind is Shah pilaf,
the king of pilafs. Made from lamb, dried apricots, dried plums, raisins, chestnuts and rice,
this dish is not only difficult but also delicious.
2. Piti
Piti, from the cuisine of Sheki city, is one of the most special dishes to be eaten when coming
to Azerbaijan, which includes lamb, tomatoes, dried plums, potatoes, chickpeas and spices,
cooked in a special casserole in the oven for at least 7-8 hours.
3. Dolma
Needless to say, it is the same as the wrap in Turkish cuisine, only its size and shape are

Dovğa
Dovğa, which can be consumed both cold and hot, is a soup made with yoghurt and greens.
Levengi
It is possible to cook levengi, one of the famous dishes of the city of Lankaran, with both fish and
chicken. Fish or chicken is stuffed with a mixture of ground walnuts, tomato paste and onions and
cooked in a tandoor.
Qutab
There are many types of qutab. There is a variety with greens, pumpkin and even camel meat.
Badambura
Another dessert... Although it looks a bit like sugar, it is made with the same qoğal dough. It is one of
the most preferred desserts.
Şeki Helvası
It is a unique dessert that you will not find anywhere and unfortunately it is not possible to make it at
home. If you go to Şişiye, you should definitely eat it.
3 Bacı
It's a very controversial dish and it's called differently in every city. In fact, it is a dish that Turkish
cuisine is not foreign to at all.
