Parking

Advent Presbyterian Church | 1879 N Germantown Parkway
 Turn at the light onto Woodchase Drive
 Make an immediate left onto the Church’s parking lot.
 Park in the Volunteer parking lot to your far right (Do not park in any other parking
area).

Departure
7:30 AM CST |Loading & Boarding
8:30 AM CST | Departure

Stop
11:30 AM CST | Approximate Time for Lunch Stop (45 – 60 minutes)

Arrival
4:00 PM EST: Arrival @ Marriott
Dinner on your own- hotel shuttle/ eateries in hotel and in walking distance.

Bus Policies

 Snacks such as chips, cookies, crackers, etc. are allowed. NO sunflower seeds,
Doritos, Cheetos or Gum.

 Drinks must be in screw-top plastic bottles
 Any damage to the bus/property will be billed to you.
 Electrical outlets are to be used for electronic devices only (e.g., laptops, cell

phones, tablets, handheld gaming system and portable TV/DVD players. They are
not to be used to power hair dryers, curling irons, flat irons, rollers, etc.

School Supplies
The 2016 TN State Cluster’s service project this year is to collect and donate school
supplies to the school children in the local area. The Chattanooga Alumnae chapter is
requesting attendees to donate school supplies.
