Repair, Resale & Marketing, Pool Vehicle Services, Fuel Management,
Insurance Management and Licensing & Permit Management.

TNB HealthCare (THC) is committed to serving our 134,000 members, consisting of
staff, retirees and their dependents. We strive to provide effective and efficient end-to-
end healthcare management services for our members. We are also committed to ensure
Guarantee Letters (GL) are issues in a timely manned within the stipulated SLA.
THC has operationalised 3 Klinik TNB located at strategic areas-Bangsar, 2Sentral and
Janamanjung, thus enabling our staff and retirees to have better access to safe, reliable and
high quality medical care by our professional doctors and clinic staff. With the best interest of
our members at heart, we have recently introduced a new initiative, namely the Medication
Delivery Service (MDS), where our staff and retirees can obtain their long-term medication in 3
convenient options-Self-collection at Klinik TNB, self-collection at the nearest TNB Dispensary
or delivered directly to their homes. THC frequently engages and communicates with TNB
staff and retirees on medical benefits, healthcare and leading a healthy lifestyle. To serve our
members better, we have also launched 3 TNB HealthCare Guidebooks for Staff, Retirees
and Call Centre as a reference on their medical benefits and eligibility. In addition, the TNB
HealthCare Mobile App was launched for quick and easy access to locate Panel Clinics, apply
for GLs and view their medical statements.
Our Wellness Management initiatives are aligned to TNB’s Sustainability Pathway and ESG
plans. We focus on our staff’s overall well-being with wellness activities such as health
