It’s a disorder in which you experience long periods of extreme happiness and extreme sadness. Certain mood disorders involve other persistent emotions, such as anger and irritability. Anxiety is a common emotion when dealing with daily stresses and problems. But when these emotions are persistent and irrational it will affect a person’s ability to function and anxiety becomes a disorder. There are different types of anxiety disorders, including phobias, panic, stress disorders, and obsessive compulsive disorder. 5
