1. Rotary Template Depositor - “RST„

The Rotary Template Depositor (RST) has been designed for easy and
fast depositing of all foam and meringue masses. Jam, chocolate and other
slow owing masses are also possible.

3. Almond Dosing and Depositing Machine

Almonds are broken, dosed, and deposited on the product.

4. DA Machine - Dosing & Pressing

Powdery ingredients are dosed and pressed by the
DA Machine. Size and thickness are adjustable.

5. The Dust-free Sugar Sprinkler

• Optimal for sprinkling following materials:
• Powder sugar
• Cocoa powder
• Crystal sugar

• In cooperation with a manufacturer, we have developed and successfully designed an absolute
dust-free sugar sprinkler.

• Cleaning is easy. The machine parts that come in contact with the sprinkled material can be
dismantled and cleaned. The mesh component can be cleaned in the
production site easily without much e ort.

• The sprinkler is optimal for continuous sprinkling on baked or chocolate products.
• Integration possibilities: Mounted on the existing production site. Height adjustment device and

hand-knob with scale can be added on demand.
• To apply the sugar sprinkler to other production sites, it is more convenient to have the sprinkler

mounted on a mobile transport cart. The transport cart is designed to move and place
the sprinkler over the production line onto preset docking ports.
• With the mobile cart, the sprinkler can be transported over the production line.
• The operation switch is in a separate control cabinet.
The cabinet is placed in the area of the operation side.
