process. The music, microphone, and backdrop
are all tested.
During the event, we urge everyone to turn on
their cameras and use the prepared backdrop.
We reminded them to enter the event on time
and to complete committee duties such as the
google form for registration, MC text, photo
session, etc. We had a technical difficulty with
the sound and asked them to alter the song and
address the issue. We reviewed the time during
the event to ensure no delays or MC speed. We
were there from the start to the conclusion.
Before the event, the project leader and
assistant project leader met on Google Meet to
discuss the speaker, task division, and
committee sorts. Then we posted it in the
WhatsApp group class for participants to
choose their committee and members.
After selecting all committees, we briefly
describe their duties. Then each committee
leader was added to a separate group with our
advisor, Dr. Hayati, so they could directly
update her. We revised the proposal based on
our advisor's suggestions. Then we presented
the idea to HEA. We also followed up on all
committee tasks to avoid last-minute work.
We asked the committees to stay after the
event for photos for the assignment report and
memories. Then we thank everyone for their
cooperation throughout the event. We had a
postmortem with our advisor a few days later.
We acknowledge our mistakes and will improve
in the future. Before submitting the report to
HEA we reminded the secretary, requested
signatures from all parties involved, and
thoroughly reviewed it with the adviser. Thank
