Συνεχίζοντας την παράδοση ετών με τη δράση Εταιρικής Κοινωνικής Ευθύνης “Βack to school”, συγκεντρώσαμε τον Σεπτέμβρη
για 7η συνεχή χρονιά σχολικά είδη, εκπαιδευτικά παιχνίδια και υλικά χειροτεχνίας για τα Γενναία Παιδιά της EΛΕΠΑΠ εφόδια
απαραίτητα για μία νέα δημιουργική σχολική χρονιά. Εκπρόσωποι της εταιρείας μας σε Αθήνα και Θεσσαλονίκη βρέθηκαν στις
εγκαταστάσεις της ΕΛΕΠΑΠ όπου εκτός από την περιήγηση στους χώρους της ενημερώθηκαν για την ιστορία και το πολύτιμο έργο
της ΕΛΕΠΑΠ, περνώντας παράλληλα ποιοτικό χρόνο με μερικά από τα παιδιά και τους δασκάλους τους.

Ξεκινώντας από το Ζάππειο, τρέχοντας τα 5
χιλιόμετρα ή ακολουθώντας τη διαδρομή των 2
χιλιομέτρων, περισσότεροι από 60 συμμετέχοντες
από την εταιρεία μας έδωσαν ως ομάδα το παρών
στο Race for the Cure® την Κυριακή 2 Οκτωβρίου,
στηρίζοντας το έργο του Πανελλήνιου
Συλλόγου Γυναικών με Καρκίνο του Μαστού
«Άλμα Ζωής». Από τους συμμετέχοντες της
KPMG, η Ελίζα Δήμου από το ελεγκτικό τμήμα
της εταιρείας διακρίθηκε στον αγώνα, έχοντας
τερματίσει 4η ανάμεσα στις γυναίκες που
αγωνίστηκαν στο τρέξιμο των 5 χιλιομέτρων.

Cook for Good
Για 7η συνεχή χρονιά η δράση Κοινωνικής
Υπευθυνότητας της KPMG στην
Ελλάδα, “Cook for Good” («Μαγειρεύουμε
για καλό σκοπό») πραγματοποιήθηκε την
Παρασκευή 18 Νοεμβρίου 2022, στον
Εκπαιδευτικό Όμιλο Le Monde που
παραχώρησε δύο από τα εργαστήριά του
για την παρασκευή των γευμάτων, υπό την
καθοδήγηση του γνωστού chef Σταύρου
Βαρθαλίτη, ο οποίος υποστήριξε
αφιλοκερδώς τη δράση για ακόμη μια
χρονιά. 29 εθελοντές εργαζόμενοι της
εταιρείας ανέδειξαν τις μαγειρικές τους
ικανότητες και κατάφεραν σε τρεις ώρες
να μαγειρέψουν και να συσκευάσουν 250
μερίδες φαγητού για τους συνανθρώπους
μας που το έχουν ανάγκη.
Lifeline Run
Λάβαμε μέρος στον 1ο αγώνα δρόμου “Lifeline Run”,
με σκοπό την ενίσχυση του Αττικού νοσοκομείου με νέες
θερμοκοιτίδες και τη στήριξη των παιδιών της Ουκρανίας,
το οποίο συνδιοργάνωσαν ο ανθρωπιστικός οργανισμός
Lifeline Hellas, η MARATHON TEAM GREECE by Maria
Polyzou και το Ολυμπιακό Στάδιο Αθήνας. Όλα τα έσοδα
του αγώνα, ο οποίος πραγματοποιήθηκε υπό την αιγίδα του
υφυπουργείου αθλητισμού τη Δευτέρα 5 Σεπτεμβρίου 2022
στο ΟΑΚΑ, δόθηκαν για αυτούς τους σκοπούς. Η Ελίζα Δήμου
από το ελεγκτικό τμήμα της εταιρείας βρέθηκε στο βάθρο
του αγώνα, έχοντας τερματίσει 2η μεταξύ των γυναικών
που αγωνίστηκαν στα 5χλμ. Ο Υφυπουργός Πολιτισμού και
Αθλητισμού, Λευτέρης Αυγενάκης, συνεχάρη την εταιρεία για τη
συμμετοχή της και την Ελίζα Δήμου για τη διάκρισή της.

Δωρεά Θερμοκοιτίδας Beach Cleanup
Σε συνεργασία με τον ανθρωπιστικό οργανισμό Lifeline Την Παρασκευή 21 Οκτωβρίου για τέταρτη φορά συμμετείχαμε
Hellas πραγματοποιήσαμε δωρεά θερμοκοιτίδας στη Μονάδα στον Παγκόσμιο Εθελοντικό Καθαρισμό Ακτών 2022 του
Εντατικής Νοσηλείας Νεογνών (ΜΕΝΝ) στο Πανεπιστημιακό «Ocean Conservancy», που συντονίζει για την Ελλάδα η
Γενικό Νοσοκομείο «Αττικόν». Ελληνική Ένωση Προστασίας Θαλάσσιου Περιβάλλοντος
(HELMEPA) για 32η χρονιά. Με τη συμμετοχή της στον
καθαρισμό της παραλίας η KPMG εκφράζει έμπρακτα τη
δέσμευσή της ως προς την περιβαλλοντική προστασία,
δημιουργώντας ένα θετικό και μετρήσιμο αντίκτυπο στην
κοινωνία και το περιβάλλον.
Οι εθελοντές μας καθάρισαν την παραλία Εδέμ στο Παλαιό
Φάληρο, συγκεντρώνοντας μεγάλο αριθμό σκουπιδιών και
ανακυκλώσιμων ειδών (συνολικά 40 κιλά απορριμμάτων και
5 κιλά ανακυκλώσιμων υλικών). Ο καθαρισμός της παραλίας
πραγματοποιήθηκε στο πλαίσιο των ενεργειών Κοινωνικής
Ευθύνης της εταιρείας και σε συνέπεια με τον 14ο Στόχο
Βιώσιμης Ανάπτυξης, «ζωή στο νερό», των Ηνωμένων Εθνών.
Όραμα Ελπίδας
Πολλοί από εμάς είχαν ευαισθητοποιηθεί με την ελληνικής
καταγωγής 49χρονη συνάδελφο μας Ανδρέα (Δημήτριου)
Καλλιάρας, η οποία πριν από λίγους μήνες διαγνώστηκε με μια
σπάνια μορφή λευχαιμίας και χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε δωρητή
για την αναγκαία μεταμόσχευση της.
Στο πλαίσιο αυτό προσκαλέσαμε το Όραμα Ελπίδας και μας
ενημέρωσαν εφ’ όλης της ύλης για τη διαδικασία και το πως
μπορείς να γίνεις εθελοντής δότης αιμοποιητικών κυττάρων/
μυελού των οστών.

Η KPMG στην Ελλάδα πραγματοποίησε Συνέντευξη Τύπου
την Δευτέρα 24 Οκτωβρίου στο Μουσείο Κυκλαδικής Τέχνης,
με αφορμή την παρουσίαση της 8ης έρευνας CEO Outlook. Η
έρευνα περιλαμβάνει για 5η συνεχή φορά ελληνικά ευρήματα

ο Αλκιβιάδης Σιαράβας, Marketing, Communications and
Corporate Citizenship Manager της KPMG στην Ελλάδα. Η
έρευνα 2022 CEO Outlook, είναι η μεγαλύτερη ετήσια έρευνά
της εταιρείας, βασίζεται στις απόψεις για το μέλλον 1 325 CEOs
από 11 σημαντικές αγορές, μεταξύ αυτών και 50 CEOs από την
Ελληνική αγορά.
Τη Συνέντευξη Τύπου για την παρουσίαση των αποτελεσμάτων,
στην οποία συμμετείχαν περισσότεροι από 35 δημοσιογράφοι
έγκριτων έντυπων και ψηφιακών μέσων, ακολούθησε έντονη
δημοσιότητα. Ενδεικτικά, προβλήθηκαν από σημαντικά μέσα
όπως το CNN.gr, Fortunegreece.gr, capital.gr, euro2day.gr,
insider.gr, powergame.gr, naftemporiki.gr και Kathimerini.gr.
Παράλληλα, η συνέντευξη Τύπου και ειδικότερα δηλώσεις του
Νίκου Βουνισέα και του Αλκιβιάδη Σιαράβα προβλήθηκαν από
τις ειδήσεις του ANT1 και του Alpha TV. O Νίκος Βουνισέας με
αφορμή τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας έγραψε σχετικά άρθρα
στα περιοδικά Finance Pro, Forbes, Οικονομική Επιθεώρηση
και Business News Magazine.
2022Ετήσια ΈκθεσηγιατηνΙδιωτικήΑγορά
Η KPMG στην Ελλάδα προχώρησε για 12η συνεχή χρονιά στην
έκδοση της Ετήσιας Έκθεσης για την Ελληνική Ασφαλιστική
Αγορά για το 2022. Η Έκθεση καλύπτει επίκαιρα θέματα
του ασφαλιστικού κλάδου, αλλά και σύγκριση επιδόσεων
των εταιρειών, αναδεικνύονται μέσα από την Έκθεση ενώ
διακρίνονται οι τάσεις, οι προοπτικές της αγοράς καθώς και
οι αλλαγές που πραγματοποιούνται. Τα αποτελέσματα της
Έκθεσης παρουσιάστηκαν σε στελέχη της ασφαλιστικής αγοράς
στις 20 Δεκεμβρίου στο Athenaeum InterContinental Hotel.

TENNIS
Το 12ο Τουρνουά Τένις ολοκληρώθηκε το Σαββατοκύριακο
22-23 Οκτωβρίου στο ACE Tennis Club. Η συμμετοχή παιχτών
KPMG και Alumni προσέφερε αθλητικές συγκινήσεις και
χαμόγελα στους συμμετέχοντες και στους θεατές. Ο τελικός
αγώνας των γυναικών διεξήχθη την Πέμπτη 27/10. Τη μεγάλη
κούπα για φέτος «σήκωσε» το AUDIT. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί
ότι πολλοί παίχτες ξεχώρισαν με τις επιδόσεις τους όπως οι
Αλέξανδρος Κανόνης, Παναγιώτης Βαρυπάτης και Τάσος
Πάντος.

13ο Ναυτιλιακό Συνέδριο
Στο πλαίσιο της χορηγίας μας στο
13ο Ναυτιλιακό Συνέδριο στην Ύδρα,
στις 17 Σεπτεμβρίου διοργανώσαμε
μια ξεχωριστή βραδιά για όλους τους
συμμετέχοντες του συνεδρίου στο
Pirates Bar στην Ύδρα. Περισσότερα
από 60 στελέχη από τον χώρο της
Ναυτιλίας απόλαυσαν μια ξεχωριστή
βραδιά με φαγητό και ποτό.
BASKET
Η KPMG, μετά από απουσία 5 ετών,
συμμετέχει με μια δυνατή ομάδα στο
εταιρικό πρωτάθλημα 2022-2023 της
Commercial League με στόχο πάντα
τη διάκριση! Τα παιχνίδια της ομάδας
διεξάγονται σε εβδομαδιαία βάση, κατά
κύριο λόγο τα Σαββατοκύριακα και οι
προπονήσεις κάθε Τετάρτη. Στο φετινό
πρωτάθλημα συμμετέχουν 25 εταιρείες,
οπότε ο ανταγωνισμός είναι πολύ μεγάλος.

Corporate Directors
KPMG organized the launch of the Greek
Chapter of Women Corporate Directors
(WCD) at Goulandris Natural History Museum
in which Veroni Papatzimou and Rania
Ekaterinari, as the Co-Chairs for the Greek
chapter, were the hostesses of the event.
Among the great professionals who were
invited to share with the audience their board
experience, was Mr. Apostolos Tamvakakis,
CEO of EOS Capital, as the keynote speaker.
KPMG International is the Lead Sponsor of
this initiative and KPMG in Greece within
its global mandate will actively support and
inspire women in their careers and encourage
their advancement to the c-suite and board
level.
STAFF MEETINS
Our annual staff meetings per function
took place in September. After the
presentations and the updates on the
firm’s progress accordingly, we enjoyed
great evenings at the special live events
with Melisses (Advisory), Gadjo Dilo (Tax
& legal) and Theatro Alsos, «Τί ζούμε
ρε;» play (Infrastructure). The Audit staff
meeting took place in May 2022.

Another year has gone by, and even though
the worldwide economic and geopolitical
uncertainty did not help, we managed to
grow our revenue market share and people
across all functions. As growth is on the
top of our agenda in KPMG we wanted our
offices to reflect our current and future needs
and ambition. We look forward to moving to
our new offices at the heart of cultural and
business Athens, which will bring us even
closer together. Audit, Tax & Legal, Advisory
will be located in the same building and will
be enable to work closely and to extend
relationships and collaboration between all
departments.
