48 NRCT Senior Research Scholar Professor Punnee Pitisuttithum Tropical Medicine Punnee Pitisuttithum is Professor of Tropical Medicine, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University. She is working at the Department of Clinical Tropical Medicine and the Vaccine Trial Centre. She is an internationally recognized expert on tropical infectious diseases, especially on vaccine with an h-index of 46. She has more than 200 publications in international peer-reviewed journals, her works have been cited more than 10,000 times accordingtoScopus database.Shehas received the Dushdi Mala Medal Awards foroutstanding expertisein Medicinefrom His MajestyKing MahaVajiralongkornin2020.Shehasalsoreceived numerous honours and awards throughout the years including the Highly Cited Researcher for twoconsecutive years (2018-2019) from Clarivate Analytics, Web of Science, Moral Gems of Mahidol (Khon DeeSri Mahidol) in2019from Mahidol University Alumni Associationunder the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King, the Most Outstanding Researcher in Medical Science in 2015 from the National Research Council of Thailand, as well as the Mahidol University Award for Outstanding Research in 2013. Professor Punnee Pitisuttithum has served as member of the WHO Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE) on Immunization. She has also served as member of the Advisory Group on Human Challenge Studies, WHO, and the Taskforce Member in the development of a research and development (R&D) roadmap for influenza vaccines (IVR), the Welcome Trust and the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy (CIDRAP) at the University of Minnesota. Previously, she had served as a member of the advisory Initiative for Vaccine Research (IVR), WHO-UNAIDS Vaccine Advisory Committee on HIV/AIDS, International AIDS VaccineInstitutes,and theTaskForceonResearchand Development duringtheestablishment of The Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI). She had also chaired and co-chaired numerous international conferences or reviewing committees. She received her MBBS degree from Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi, India. 50 NRCT Senior Research Scholar Professor Dr.Mongkol Sukwattanasinitt Chemistry Professor Dr.Mongkol Sukwattanasinitt is currently a chemistry professor at the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University. He received a B.Sc. (First Class Honors) from Chulalongkorn University in 1991 and Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Iowa State University, USA in 1996. He was a postdoctoral at the Center for Advanced Materials, Universityof Massachusetts Lowell, USA during 1996 - 1997. His current research emphasis includes organic synthesis, organic materials, supramolecular chemistry, photocatalyss and spectroscopy. He has published over 150 research papers with over 3,000 citations (H index of 36) and 10 patent applications. 52 NRCT Senior Research Scholar Rungtip Chuanchuen, DVM, MS, Ph.D. Veterinary Public Health Professor Rungtip Chuanchuen isaveterinary professoratFacultyofVeterinaryScience, Chulalongkorn University. She is currently in charge of Center of Antimicrobial Resistance Monitoring in Foodborne Pathogens (in cooperation with WHO), FAO Reference Center for AntimicrobialResistance, Global Infections Network:South-East Asiaand WesternPacificregion and Research Unit in Microbial Food Safety and Antimicrobial Resistance. She specializes in Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) paradigm and One-Health approach with the goals to better understanding and address AMR issues in Thailand and other Asian countries. Her research umbrella includes AMR monitoring and surveillance, molecular epidemiology and genetics of AMR, novel drug targets, control and prevention of AMR in animals and non-antibiotic selective pressure for emergence and spread of AMR. Prof Rungtip has published several research results that are well-known on a national and worldwide scale and recognized as anational researcherof the year 2022.The research outputshave beenused toaddress AMR problem and build AMRcapacityand human power for reference laboratories, in close collaboration with Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and Fondation Mérieux France Currently, Prof Rungtip is actively involved in national AMR Surveillance System Development Working Group under the One Health Concept by the National Antimicrobial Resistance Policy Committee; Quadripartite Technical Group on Antimicrobial Resistance and Use Integrated Surveillance (QTG-AIS), WHO; the Working Group on Aquaculture AST methods of Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute, the US. Prof Rungtip has served as the provider for External Quality Assessment in Asia (EQAsia) in collaboration with Technical University of Denmark International Vaccine Institute - the Republic of Korea; University of New South Wales - Australia and MedicalResearchInstitute – Sri Lanka. Shehas additionally organized the Proficiency Test for Antimicrobial Susceptibility test (PTAST) for laboratories in Southeast and South Asia.

Prof. Wattana Viriyasitavat, completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, in2004. Hethen pursued his Master’s degreein ComputerEngineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA, in 2006. Later, in 2013, he successfully completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Oxford, Oxford, UK. Currently, Dr. Wattana is working as a faculty member in the Department of Statistics, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University. He holds the position of Associate Professor and is currently serving as the Deputy Dean for Research and Chairman of the Graduate Program in Business Software Development. Dr. Wattana received the honor of being selected as an Editorial Advisory Member for theJournalof Industrial InformationIntegrationin2017, whichhasanimpact factorof10.615 (2020). He has been an IEEE member since 2011 and achieved the status of IEEE Senior Member in 2020. He has also been invited to serve as a Guest Editor for prestigious international journals with high impact factors. His research interests include Blockchain Technology, Internet of Things, Cybersecurity, Services, Workflow,BusinessProcess, Cyber-Physical Systems, Algorithms, Machine Learning, and SpecificationLanguage. 55 เมธีวิจัยอาวุโส วช. รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วธนน์ วิริยสิทธาวัฒน์ สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วธนน์ วิริยสิทธาวัฒน์ จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีจากภาควิชาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๗ สำ�เร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทสาขาวิศวกรรม คอมพิวเตอร์จากมหาวิทยาลัย Carnegie Mellon,Pittsburgh, USA พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙ และสำ�เร็จการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาเอกสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์จาก University of Oxford, Oxford, UK พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๖ ปัจจุบัน ทำ�งานเป็นอาจารย์ประจำ�ที่ภาควิชาสถิติคณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชีจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ตำ�แหน่งรองศาสตราจารย์ ปัจจุบันดำ�รงตำ�แหน่งรองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัย และประธานหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาบัณฑิตสาขาการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ด้านธุรกิจ รองศาสตราจารย์ดร.วธนน์วิริยสิทธาวัฒน์ได้รับการคัดเลือกเพื่อเป็น Editorial Advisory Member for Journal of Industrial Information Integration (Impact factor: 10.615, 2020) ในปีพ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ ได้เข้าร่วมเป็นสมาชิก IEEE Member ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ และได้รับตำ�แหน่ง IEEE Senior Member ในปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ ในปัจจุบัน ได้รับเชิญให้เป็น Guest Editor ในวารสารที่มีImpact Factor สูงและได้รับการ ยอมรับอย่างเป็นสากล งานวิจัยที่สนใจและได้ทำ�การศึกษาเกี่ยวกับหัวข้อเรื่อง Blockchain Technology, Internet-of-Things, Cybersecurity,Services, Workflow,BusinessProcess, Cyber-Physical-System, Algorithms และ Specification Language มีผลงานวิจัยจำ�นวนมากกว่า ๖๐ รายการ ที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ ในวารสารระดับนานาชาติชั้นนำ� และมีImpact Factor สูง อาทิเช่น IEEE Communication Surveys & Tutorials, IEEETransactionsonIndustrial Informatics, IEEETransactionsonServices Computing, IEEE Transactions on Computational Social System, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Access, Journalof Industrial InformationIntegration, Journalof Intelligent Manufacturingและ Enterprise Information System รองศาสตราจารย์ดร.วธนน์ วิริยสิทธาวัฒน์ ได้รับรางวัลในฐานะนักวิจัยและผลงานวิจัยดีเด่นจาก สภาวิจัยแห่งชาติและอยู่ระหว่างดำ�เนินการทำ�งานวิจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อสังคม โดยพัฒนาเครื่องมือกรอบ การประเมินและกลยุทธ์ที่ยั่งยืนสำ�หรับองค์กรในประเทศไทย โดยใช้วัดดัชนีความพร้อมในการปฏิรูปสู่ดิจิทัล ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อส่วนงานต่างๆ ทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนในการวางกลยุทธ์เพื่อการปฏิรูปสู่ดิจิทัลอย่างยั่งยืน ด้านการรับใช้สังคม ปัจจุบัน รองศาสตราจารย์ดร.วธนน์วิริยสิทธาวัฒน์ดำ�รงตำ�แหน่งนักวิชาการ ประจำ� คณะกรรมาธิการในคณะอนุกรรมาธิการการวิทยาศาสตร์เทคโนโลยีวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ในคณะกรรมาธิการ การอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์วิจัยและนวัตกรรม วุฒิสภา
56 NRCT Senior Research Scholar Professor Dr.Sarawut Rimdusit Chemical Engineering Professor Dr.Sarawut Rimdusit is currently Head of Polymer Engineering Laboratory and Head of Research Unit of Polymeric Materials for Medical Practice Devices, Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University. His research expertise is in the field of Polymer Blends and Composites with major research works e.g. Polymer Composites forBallistic Armor, Artificial Organs from Siliconeand Silicone Composites for Medical Practice Devices, Photosensitive Polyimides for Flexible Printed Circuit Board, Shape Memory Polymers, Polymer Composites as Friction Materials as well as Engineering Applications of Polybenzoxazines. He has already published 14 Book and Book Chapters in English and Japanese, and has more than 130 publications in international journals (h-index 31). He has already been granted 2 patents from his research work and 9 additional filing patents. Part of his research works i.e. Silicone Breast Models for Breast Cancer Examination and Artificial Skinfrom Silk FiberReinforced Siliconefor Medical StitchingPracticehave been used and distributed to some medical schools, nursing schools and public health centers in Thailand. Professor Dr.Sarawut Rimdusit has experienced in doing more than 30 industrial research projects to develop polymer products and to solve industrial problems related to polymeric materials. At present, he has 3 research projects to be scaled up with related companies for commercial uses.

58 NRCT Senior Research Scholar Professor Dr.Sakun Boon-itt Economic field Dr.Sakun Boon-itt is aProfessorof Operations Management, Facultyof Commerce and Accountancy, Thammasat University. His research interests include supply chain integration including operations and supply chain management, sustainable environmental and health operations management. His research is recognized both nationally and internationally. Professor SakunBoon-itthas published his pioneering work inleading academic journals and has won the Best Paper award in Economics and Business Administration. He has more than 80 research articles published in academic journals and international conferences. His research interests span the influence of sustainable and supply chain operations and more specificallyhow firms canimplementand innovatetosolvechallenging problemsand adapt to the dynamic world. 60 NRCT Senior Research Scholar Dr.Masahiko Isaka Organic Chemistry Dr.Masahiko Isaka is currently a Principal Researcher at the Bio-Organic Chemistry Research Team, Biorefinery and Bioproducts Technology Research Group. He specializes in organic chemistry and natural product chemistry and is highly recognized at national and international levels in these field. His research focuses on physical properties, biological functions and mechanisms of action of various bioactive compounds from fungal resources in Thailand. Dr.Masahiko currently has 165 international academic publications and intellectual properties both domestically and internationally. According to Stanford University ranking based on citations to articles published in the Scopus database over a period of 23 years from 1996 to 2019, Dr.Masahiko was ranked top 2% or 939th from 80,622 researchers in the field of Medicinal & Biomolecular Chemistry. Dr.Masahiko has established collaborations with international experts such as Tohoku University (Japan) and South-Central Minzu University (People’sRepublicof China), and also collaborates with research groups at leading universities in Thailand. He has been invited as speakers in major national and international conferences to share his knowledge.
