P16 Oyster Fest committee and of course the Blue Point Beer Garden and the famous
Oyster Fest Committee Members food courts at Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park.
Between festival attractions, immerse yourself in the history
and culture of this beautiful hamlet. Oyster Bay is home to
many famous landmarks and unique locations that truly make
our community a special place to live and to visit. Oyster
Bay is home to the Raynham Hall Museum, the Oyster Bay
Railroad Museum, a recently updated Waterfront Center, the
internationally renowned Oak Cliff Sailing Center, Sagamore
Hill National Park — the residence of our 26th president,
Theodore Roosevelt, and so much more. Plus, during festival
weekend, you’ll find a 200-ton, three-mast replica ship of the
original Santa Maria, which Christopher Columbus sailed on
his expedition to find the “New World,” docked in our Harbor.
Our Oyster Festival is one of the largest waterfront festivals
on the east coast, and we take pride in hosting this amazing
non-profit event that generates extensive fundraising for
dozens of community-based organizations. We hope you
enjoy every minute of it. See all you can see (and eat!) and
please, come back and visit often.

Blue Point Brewing Company will host the Flavors Of The Region
first-ever Blue Point Beer Garden at the 2019 Oyster Festival.
The tented area will feature six different Blue Point beers,
both new and old, including a special IPA brewed just for the
festival. In addition, they will bring friends from Billion Oyster
Project, the #TallMotherShucka Keenan Boyle and will be
selling Blue Point merchandise all weekend.

Blue Point Brewing Company has been dedicated to
sustainability and water restoration efforts through various

partnerships.
These efforts

2035. Their reefs
provide essential
environmental services by improving water quality, creating habitats
for thousands of other species and helping protect shorelines from
storm damage.
Festivalgoers can expect to see Blue Point’s Good Reef Ale made
in partnership with the Billion Oyster Project. For every pint sold, five
oysters will be restored to oyster reefs in New York harbors. Those five
oysters can filter up to 250 gallons of water per day.
Oysters are a huge part of New York City and Long Island’s rich
histories. For years, these waters contained nearly half of the world’s
oyster populations. Blue Point Brewing Company is committed to
preserving that history and keeping oysters a part of our culture out
here on Long Island.
