Your comments on the ever evolving India India's youth will shape our future success, especially in business. They are innovative and entrepreneurial, making India a business hub. We must strengthen manufacturing to rival China, forge trade deals, and address the climate crisis through renewables and carbon reduction. I believe we should move away from traditional career paths like being a doctor, lawyer, or engineer. Instead, we should focus more on recognizing students' talents in specific fields and allowing them to specialize after they've learned the basics. This approach would create a highly specialized workforce and reduce the pressure on students like me. The pace of change will escalate in the future. India is modernizing while valuing tradition. Youth drive change in politics, society, and the economy. It's a double-edged sword; there's cultural loss and consumerism, but also individual empowerment and preservation of Indian values. I see India's youth as key to our future success, especially in business. They're entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, skill-driven, and globally-minded. When it comes to preparing students for success in India's changing business landscape, I believe in focusing on digital literacy, financial literacy, and skill development. Additionally, I see the importance of cultivating emotional competency and fostering a culture that embraces failure as a valuable part of the learning journey. I've observed significant changes in India in the last five years, particularly in the digital sphere. While issues related to caste and creed persist, I hope for a more unified future. In terms of diversity, there's progress, but true inclusivity remains a long road ahead.
