ICE PROGRAM OBJECTIVES: ICE PROGRAM OBJECTIVES • Capacitate cluster-based public and private-sector stakeholders such as agriculture producers/processors/MSMEs to enhance competencies and productivity to develop globally competitive products and establish new market destinations and be part of the global chain.
