America’s Favorite with Championship Flavor

Buffalo Style Chicken Wings Chili Tacos

2^1 lbs (12-15) Chicben Win^s 2-10 OZ cans Texas Pete Chili No Beans
6 Tbsp (3 oz) Texas Pete Hot Sauce 8 Taco Shells
4 Tbsp (2 oz) Butter or Margarine Shredded Lettuce
Cut wings at all joints. Discard wing tips. Place the Chopped Tomato
24 to 30 pieces on absorbent paper to dry. DEEP Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
FAT FRY: 375° 8 -1 0 minutes or until crispy. OVEN Texas Pete Hot Sauce (to taste)
BAKE: Spread wings in a single layer on a cookie
sheet. B^e at 450° for 35 minutes. Melt 4 Tbsp of Heat the Texas Pete Chili No Beans in a
butter or margarine in sauce pan. add 6 Tbsp saucepan or in your microwave until hot. Warm
Texas Pete Hot Sauce. Stir well. Place cooked the taco shells according to package directions.

gently to coat. Use tongs/slotted spoon, place lettuce, tomato and cheese. Splash on
wings on plate. Serve with celery sticks and Blue Texas Pete Hot Sauce. Yield: 8 tacos

Pete Hot Sauce to taste.
