LX series has complexly mixed multiple colors patterns.
It is in this very color deepness of the yarns that lays the
uniqueness of this collection, which can offer in this way
endless floor design arrangements.

Colorfastness is one of the most important features to take
into account when we select a carpet that should be used for
long time. Solution dyed nylon yarns are known to have
better colorfastness properties than post-dyed nylon yarns
when exposed to sunlight or oxide gas like Nox and ozone.

LX series is engineered with 100% solution dyed nylon yarns
to offer excellent colorfastness propriety.

EN is the European Norm that describes
the various levels of use area for flooring. Commercial use
EN685 is the classification system for Middle Traffic : Hotel, Bed room, Conference room, Small office
textile floor materials. Normal : Class room, Small office, Hotel, Banquet hall
Heavy Traffic : Corridor, Mall, Hotel lobby, School, Office

The result from this test,

LX Series are evaluated as “class 33”.

•Evaluation method
•・The seams are put under stress for 400 times under Lisson abrasion machine and changes in shape assessed.
•・Pile yarn weight and density changes are evaluated.
•・The carpet is tested under Vettermann drum machine 5,000 times, then 22,000 times, and finally changes in shape are
assessed.
•・Pile height changes are assessed after rubbing the carpet tiles for 2,000 times under Lisson abrasion machine.
•・Dimension distortion due to water and temperature variation are evaluated.
•・Right angle is measured
•・The carpet tile is passed 11,000 times under Vettermann drum to test fraying.

indoor aerial environment determined by CRI
(Carpet and Rug Institute) in the United States. CRI,
under the direction of Ministry of Environment of
United States, aims to reduce VOC (Volatile Organic
Compounds) such as formaldehyde, one of the main
sources of the so-called sick building syndrome.
Thanks to “Green Label Plus” certification, LX
series can obtain one LEED point.
