Description

Celebration of spring and blooming flowers after
months of drowning in autumn and cold. Therefore, the
celebration of Easter has once again become a symbol of vitality. We see that in Western
countries and countries where many Christians live, Easter is celebrated; there will be gifts,
most of which are different kinds of sweets. The family will come to have dinner together,
decorate the house with candy-colored appliances and brightly colored flowers. Maybe, it's a
chick or an oval shape which is a symbol of new life.

Objectives:

• To guide for organizing events with limited space and low budget

Goal:

I want everyone to be aware of the importance of Easter. Because Easter is about Jesus,
which everyone respects and respects Jesus.

Target group:

• Group of relatives, close people and friends

• Moonlight hotel Bangkok

• January 26, 2022, starting time 11:00 AM onwards

Concept, Atmosphere, or Theme

A fantasy theme that is decorated with plastic eggs and in the event, there was a rabbit cosplay
costume. The atmosphere at the event was vibrant and colorful.

- (Lighting) :There will be lighting that matches the theme.
- (Color) :We will focuses on eggs, orange and bright colors.
- (Sound) :We will use the music of Easter such as music little easter eggs easter parade.

Highlight

There will be activities related to eggs. such as coloring eggs, finding eggs, making rabbit-
shaped cookies, and eating the American buffet together.

Activities

• Magical show
The dance is performed in an oval, similar to an egg shape, with colorful fantasy

costumes similar to egg painting and candy canes are distributed to the attendees at the festival.

• Egg painting
By bringing chocolate eggs to bring people to join the egg painting event by using

watercolor paints to paint their own eggs. A decorated sample egg will be provided for you to
see as an example to paint.

• Eggs hunter
In the event, 100 eggs will be hidden in spots, using plastic eggs with paper prizes inside

and let everyone who attended the event find the hidden eggs. Once found, they can be
redeemed for rewards.

• Having a dinner
The food will be a buffet. Let the participants choose to eat as they like. And the dining

table set will be set the table in spring colors such as yellow, orange, brown because Easter will
be held in spring.

Process For Organizing The Event

Venue preparation

- Preparing a hotel for the event by choosing a convenient
location, acquaintances, choosing a spacious hall that
can accommodate a lot of people.

- Make an interesting decoration with eggs and other accessories such as curtains,
plants etc.

- There is a space for various activities.
- Stages, projectors, electronic instruments such as microphones, speakers,

amplifiers.
- Chairs and tables for 100 guests attending during the opening ceremony.

Activities

• Eggs painting
By bringing chocolate eggs to bring people to join the egg painting event. by using

watercolor paints to paint their own eggs. A decorated sample egg will be provided for you to
see as an example to paint.

• Watercolor and brush 50 sets
• Pencils, black pens, colored pens, 50 sets
• 100 boxes of tissue paper
• 50 water-colored glasses = leaves

Easter festival will be held in spring.

After the event

1. Check the work order to see if any equipment is damaged.
2. Check the cleanliness in the work
3. Check the budget is managed as previously agreed upon
4. Return the place to the hotel

The process of joining the event (Participant side)

1. Registration for the event within the hotel's safety measures.
They will register by scanning the QR code before joining. and pay the participation fee of
1000 baht per person
2. Let the participants sit in the chair that they have reserved.
3. Opening ceremony with details of today's activities in order
4. Watch and listen to the show prepared.
5. Participate in activities according to their interests. There will be a total of three activities.

- egg coloring
- Hunt for eggs.
- Teach how to make rabbit-shaped cookies.
6. Have a buffet dinner together.
7. Closing the event with free ice cream
