they are the future of the nation and the citizens of tomorrow. Only through right
education can a better order of society be built up." - Jawaharlal Nehru

On the occasion of Children’s Day teachers put together a beautiful virtual program
with great enthusiasm for students.

The program began with an invocation song by Mrs. Suma S B followed by
Mrs. Rashi Chopra wishing the students a happy children’s day and delivering the
welcome address.

The admin staff sang a melodious song for the children after which the nursery staff
performed a peppy dance medley number. Teachers put up a hilarious skit ‘Mind Your
Language’ for the students. This was followed by a solo dance by Mrs. Aarti. The
program ended with a vote of thanks by Mrs. Jyothi Priya. We are sure students have
enjoyed the wonderful show.

Kannada Rajyotsava… Karnataka Rajyotsava (Karnataka State Festival), also known as
Karnataka Formation Day, is celebrated on 1st of November every year.

This was the day in 1956 when all the Kannada language speaking regions of South India
were merged to form the state of Karnataka.

Daffodils English School celebrated the 66th Kannada Rajyotsava event with all heads up
and our children put up an eye catching online cultural program.

Children of Grade 1 were taught the concept of "Air is around us"…

An experiment was conducted to show that air is all around us. It was wonderful to see
the children participate with so much enthusiasm.

Teachers thanked the parents for their encouragement.

"Each substance is made up of atoms and molecules"

To experience this virtually, Grade 4 students got an hands on experience as they had
participated in an online activity to show that heating and cooling has an effect on the
movement of particles.

Learning is not the product of teaching. Learning is the product of the activity of
