Wishing entire ROOP Parivaar a very Happy, Healthy, Prosperous and Safe New Year.
My good wishes to the ROOP Parivaar and may we all together have a very successful year 2022. I want all of you to look
at the New Year as a symbolic time - first look at the achievements of the last year for yourself and then, look for new
opportunities and goals for next year both on professional & personal front. The festivities of New Year have been
curtailed with the new variant of Covid-19: Omicron. This clearly conveys that we cannot relax and need to be geared up
always with COVID-19 safety measures. I request all to ensure safety measures related to covid-19 are followed in full.
The year 2021 was mix of highs and lows. At one hand we saw the second phase of pandemic causing the most
distressful times for all of us and on the other hand we saw the grit inside us to work towards revival as a whole. The
responsibility taken by all of you to get vaccinated, has resulted in ROOP Parivaar to be 100% vaccinated as per eligibility.
I congratulate all of you for showing this passion to reorient ourselves.
In 2021, we saw many achievements at different industry platforms. From Quality circle to Kaizen competitions we can see the development of our internal strength
being recognised by industry. The ACMA awards for the company were highlights for the year along with SAP Ace Award – bringing global recognition. The New Year
has to be a year of propelling our strengths further and overcoming all our shortcomings. I urge all to focus into the areas like Quality, Cost, Delivery and above all
Safety so that we make the year 2022 a motivating benchmark not only for ourselves, but for the industry also. I urge all of you to keep questioning yourself and be on
the path of continual improvement. ZERO- ACCIDENT, ZERO- DEFECT and FIRST TIME RIGHT is a dream for all of us.

Let this be our slogan for 2022 and the plants which exhibit this slogan in letter and spirit will be recognised. A very important part of distinguishing ourselves during
this turmoil, will be to work on eliminating waste from all our processes. The focus should be to reduce the movement of both man and material. Eliminating waste will
not only improve the overall health of the operations, but also give a positive boost to our team members by increasing their learning and productivity.
The need to protect our environment is growing stronger day by day. News referring to Air quality index in most of the cities was very painful and we should devise
ways to ensure that within our premises we eliminate “single use plastic”. Saving and protecting all our natural resources should be our guiding and governing principle
from here on.
Let’s focus on spreading positivity around us and keep energising each other.

आशा करता हँू की सन 2022 हम सब के क्षिए Successful हो | मैं चाहता हँू क्षक आप सभी नव वर्ण को प्रतीकात्मक रूप मंे देखें - पहिें क्षपछिे वर्ण की उपिब्धियों को देखें क्षिर आने
वािे वर्ण में वृक्षतक तथा व्यब्धिगत िेत्र में अवसर तथा िक्ष्य क्षनर्ाणररत करें | नव वर्ण के उत्सव को COVID-19 के नए स्वरूप OMICRON की वजह से स्थक्षगत कर क्षदया गया है | यह
स्पष्ट रूप से दशाणता है क्षक हम क्षनक्षिन्त हो कर नहीं रह सकते, इसक्षिए हमे हमेशा COVID-19 सुरिा उपायों का पूरी तरह से पािन करना होगा |

Diwali Celebration
Celebrating Diwali is an annual workplace tradition at Roop Polymers. Diwali is a much-anticipated festival specially after the phase-2 of pandemic, we all
were looking forward to the festivities. Employees dressed up in traditional clothes & looked colourful and vibrant. Main attraction of the day was office
decoration , special lunch for all, best-dressed male and female employees in ethnic clothes, best-decorated bays, rangoli contest, etc. The sense of team

Predictive Vehicle Technology
Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning
(ML) have an important role in the future of the
automotive industry as predictive capabilities are
becoming more prevalent in cars, personalizing the
driving experience. More manufacturers are
applying algorithms that use data to automate the
process of setting up a vehicle, including a car’s
infotainment system and its application
preferences. Vehicles are becoming IOT devices
which can connect to smartphones and take voice
commands, changing the user interface.
Predictive vehicle technology can also be used in the form of sensors within a car that informs the
owner whether or not the vehicle needs service from a mechanic. Depending on your car’s mileage
and condition, the technology will be able to estimate its performance, set up appointments in real
time and inform users of any safety hazards linked with a malfunctioning car due to company recalls.

I am associated with Roop Parivaar since inception of Roop Pantnagar plant (2007). It is a long journey of more than Mr. Sanjeev
14 Years of great learning in Roop Parivaar. As I am associated with Roop since Inception of Pantnagar plant, I got full RPL-3, Manesar
opportunity to learn and strengthen my skills in Roop ( Earlier I was looking Quality & System function and presently
looking Production Rubber moulding area. We have very co-operative and healthy working environment in our plant Mr. Toukir Qureshie
which helps everyone to perform his roles & responsibility timely with better way. I sincerely thank to our plant head RPL-5, Pune
P.B.S. Rawat and top management for their excellent guidance and support, I wish Roop Parivaar a continued growth
and better business opportunity in future.

RPL-4, Pantnagar बहुत ही अच्छा िगता है। कं पनी मंे सभी कमणचारी एक पररवार की तरह व्यवहार करते हैं। हमारे सीक्षनयसण हमें छोटे भाई की
तरह मानते हंै और मैनेजमंेट भी बच्चो की तरह प्यार एवं सम्मान देते हैं। हम भी कं पनी की उम्मीदों पर खरा उतने के क्षिए कायण

I feel very proud to be a part of RPL. I am Associated with Roop from last 14 Years. My Experience with Roop is
Fantastic. I have always opportunities to learn more things. I work here as a Family member not as a Employee. I am
really grateful to work in a place which makes us grow to greater heights.
I am working for past 7 years in this organization, during this period a lot of things learned from this organization. I
am thankful to management for the opportunities given to me . I will do my best work for company growth sincerely,

It’s is being a huge privilege working with Roop Polymers for the last 7.2 years, RPL has been a great enabler
towards offering new opportunities of learning and strengthening my inherent skill sets. it has also provided me the

RKFT, Gurugram मंै 30-11-1998 को रूप पररवार के साथ जुड़। उस समय मेहता सर प्लांट हेर् थे । उस समय कु ि 20 कमणचारी काम काम करते RPL-5, Pune
थे और सेि 3 िाख प्रक्षत माह होती थी। उस समय रूप पररवार का के वि 1 ही घर(यूक्षनट, कायाणिय) था िेक्षकन समय के साथ
चिते हुए रूप पररवार ने बहुत तेजी से प्रगक्षत की। क्ोकं्षक बहुत ही काक्षबि और मेहनती हाथो ने इसे सीचं ा है क्षजसके ििस्वरुप 18
आज पूरे भारत में रूप पररवार के 9 घर (यूक्षनट, कायाणिय) हंै।
रूप पररवार ने अच्छे बुरे हर समय में साथ क्षदया है। बच्चो की पढाई हो, शादी हो, दुघणटना हो, या कोई क्षनवेश करना हो रूप
पररवार हमेशा सहायता के क्षिए तत्पर रहा है।
I am proud to work at ROOP GROUP, Top Management is always helpful for supporting professional as well
as personal support. Employee Engagement activities, Training, PMS and Mann Ki Baat are more effective for the
employees. I always have opportunities to learn more things. I work here as a family member not as an Employee. I

Q-1 Let us know something about yourself and one thing which people don’t know about you?
A. I hardly reveal this part of me and very few people know this side of mine but sometimes I become very quiet and silent as I love to
take nature walk on mountain and hills. I spend most of my vacations on hill stations where I can find tranquility &real beauty of
nature. I believe nature is the most amazing art created by God which we should praise, enjoy & work towards improving the same. I
also like gardening and even maintained a flourished garden at my place.

A. I can describe my journey with ROOP in 3 words. – Trust, Transparency & Thankful.
• Trust – I started my career with this group in 1993 as a Lab Supervisor at IDC and from beginning the management put Trust in RRMPL, Gurugram

towards their Trust which took me to this level in this esteemed organization.
• Transparency – As per me, the main pillar of my tremendous journey is Transparency of this group. The management is always
transparent about any communication to each and every employee associated with this group.
• Thankful – I am thankful to each and every challenge that was provided to me during this journey. The challenges not only carved
the path for me instead they made me knowledgeable, stronger & active every day. These challenges kept me going. At the age
of 47, I still love to come to work every day with same energy as I had in 1993.
