VSIP HAI PHONG - grant a charity house
to a martyr's wifE

On 26 July 2019, VSIP Hai Phong together with An Lu
Commune Authorities held a house warming ceremony to
hand over a charity house to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thom -
a martyr's wife in An Lu Commune, Thuy Nguyen District,
Hai Phong City. VSIP Hai Phong was proud to be the main
sponsor with the total amount donation of 70 million VND.
This ceremony was also to mark the 72nd anniversary of
the Day of Viet Nam War Invalids and Martyrs.

VSIP Bac Ninh - mark the Day of

War Invalids and Martyrs

On 26th July 2019 and 27th July 2019, to mark
the 72nd anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and
Martyrs, VSIP Bac Ninh co-operated with People
Committee of Phu Chan Commune, Tu Son Town and
Dai Dong Commune, Tien Du District respectively to
visit, encourage and give gifts to vietnamese heroic
mothers and war invalids and martyrs' families in two
communes of Phu Chan and Dai Dong. Especially, on
this occasion, representatives of Sumika Electronic
Materials Vietnam Co., Ltd in VSIP Bac Ninh respectfully
awarded 10 air conditioners to Dai Dong Commune
Kindergarten.

VSIP BAC NINH – FREE HEALTH
CHECK-UP FOR OLD PEOPLE IN

PHU CHAN AND DAI DONG
COMMUNES

On 17th August 2019 and 24th August 2019, with
the coordination of the doctors and nurses of Hong
Phuc General Hospital located in Vo Cuong Industrial
Cluster, Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh City, the VSIP Bac
Ninh’s Charity Program of Free Health Advice and
Medical Check-up was held to freely examine,
consult health for more than 300 old people in Dai
Dong and Phu Chan Communes respectively.

VSIP HAI PHONG - Mid-Autumn Festival

and Fashion Competition

On 13 September 2019, the fourth Mid-Autumn Festival was held by VSIP
Hai Phong and Hai Phong Economic Zone Trade Union. This annual event drew
the attention and participation of about 10,000 people including locals
and employees from our operating tenants. The event took place together
with a fashion competition. Thanks to the creativeness and endless efforts
from our tenants, the participants witnessed a blooming night of color
and unique designs. It was not only about fashion but also a message calling
for environment protection.
Moreover, taking this chance, 24 gifts were given to poor students from 8
communes of Thuy Nguyen District by VSIP Hai Phong Charity Fund. Viet Nam
General Confedaration of Labour and Hai Phong Economic Zone Trade Union
also gave some allowance to poor workers for encouragement.

VSIP BAC NINH - COZY MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL

Joining the cheerful atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival, on 7th September,
at the campus of the Business hub within VSIP Bac Ninh was the Mid-Autumn
Celebration that was co-organized by VSIP Bac Ninh and Viet Nhan Company.
This event attracted the participation of nearly 200 people who were children
and families of companies’ staff and local residents. The event was supposed to
bring joy to people, not only creating an entertainment space but also drawing
community closer. Excellent performances were given by the students of Dai
Dong Commune and Phu Chan Commune.
Besides, VSIP Bac Ninh also took the occasion to award bursary to nearly 20
students abtaining good academic results in order to encourage them in their
learning and living.

Grand Opening Ceremony of

VINA FOAM CO.,LTD

On 06th July 2019, Vina Foam Co.,Ltd, company with 100% Vietnam
owned capital, officially inaugurated the firefighting foam plant in
VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park. This is the first factory which produces
firefighting foam with new technology in Vietnam. VinaFoam produces
and supplies the firefighting foam which handles a wide range of
fire-related cases in different fields such as industry, warehousing,
urban, oil and gas exploration, coal mines, petrochemical industry,
maritime, aviation, transportation, fire fighting.

Factory of Post and Telecommunication

Equipment Joint Stock Company

On 15th August 2019, Post and Telecommunication Equipment Joint
Stock Company (POSTEF) under Vietnam Post and Telecommunications
Group (VNPT) officially inaugurated the glass fiber plant for optical
information at POSTEF Industrial Complex in VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial
Park. This is the first glass fiber factory to produce fiber optic cables of
VNPT in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Ground Breaking Ceremony of

Tough Tech. (Vietnam) Co., Ltd

On 16th July 2019, the Ground Breaking Ceremony of Tough Tech.
(Vietnam) Co., Ltd was solemnly celebrated in VSIP Bac Ninh Indus-
trial Park with the presence of distinguished guests, business part-
ners, contractors and the management of their investor - Tough
Tech Co., Ltd. The company from Taiwan is specializing in manufac-
turing PCB board testing equipment.

Ground Breaking Ceremony of

SG Motors Vietnam Co., Ltd

On 24th August 2019, SG Motors Vietnam Co., Ltd solemnly celebrated
Ground Breaking Ceremony in VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park with the
presence of distinguished guests, business partners, contractors and
the management of SG Motors Group. The company from Japan is
specializing in manufacturing truck body, reefer box for dry van body,
reefer truck van body and truck maintenance & service for their own
manufactured products.

Ground Breaking Ceremony of

TSE Vietnam Co., Ltd

On 26th August 2019, Ground Breaking Ceremony of TSE Vietnam
Co., Ltd was solemnly held in VSIP. Bac Ninh Industrial Park with the
participants of TSE Board of Management, distinguished guests,
business partners, representative of contractors. The Korean company
is specializing in producing electronic components of printed circuit
board (PCB).

House Hand-over Ceremony of
Centa City Project

On 22nd September 2019, the House Hand- over Ceremony of Centa
City Project invested by Viet Nhan Bac Ninh Joint Stock Company was
solemnlycelebrated in VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park. In the first phase,
the Project comprises 243 Shop houses towards a green and healthy
living space with full utilities.

VSIP BAC NINH & CBRE - WORKSHOP "INDUSTRIAL REAL ESSTATE -
SEIZING OPPORTUNITIES FROM AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR"

On 9th July 2019, VSIP Bac Ninh and CBRE organized a Conference named “Industrial Real Estate – Seizing opportunities from automotive sector” in Lotte Hanoi Hotel.
The conference showed that The Vietnamese automobile industry was on the way to reach a golden period and compete with regional rivals. Together with this development, the demand
for industrial land banks for this industry had been increasing. Therefore, industrial real estate developers couldseize opportunities from the growth by offering not only land banks but also
integrated industrial and logistics infrastructure, especially in automotive manufacturing, car makers and suppliers.

VSIP BAC NINH - A TRAINING WORKSHOP
ON ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
FOR ENTERPRISES

On 8th August 2019, Bac Ninh Department of Natural Resources and Environment
(DONRE) and VSIP Bac Ninh co-operated to organize a training course to update
newly issued legal documents of Decree 40/2019/N -CP on amendment and
supplement on environmental protection with effect from 01st July 2019 in VSIP
Bac Ninh Administration Office. The workshop attracted more than 200
participants from Enterprises from VSIP Bac Ninh IP and Dai Dong – Hoan Son IP.

VSIP BAC NINH - A TRAINING WORKSHOP
ON OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HYGIENE FOR EN-

TERPRISES

On 15th August 2019, Bac Ninh Department of Labor, War Invalids and
Social Affairs and VSIP Bac Ninh co- organized to hold a training course on
Occupational Safety and Hygiene in 2019 for employees in VSIP Bac Ninh
Industrial Park. The workshop aimed to update and clarify queries on
regulations regarding Occupational.

VSIP HAI PHONG - The job fair

on 18th August 2018

On 18 August 2019, a job fair was carried out by Hai Phong Job Service Centre under
Hai Phong Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in VSIP Hai Phong. It
was a bridge to connect employers and employees as well as to fill up the labor
shortage for our tenants. The fair witnessed the attendance of 12 tenants and about
350 job seekers from Thuy Nguyen and other surrounding provinces. Even with this
promising turnout result, the labor demand in our park was still so high.

VSIP BAC NINH - Workshop
Traffic safety propaganda

On 26th September 2019, Bac Ninh Industrial Zone Authority and Traffic Safety
Committee of Bac Ninh province co-operated to organize a propaganda program in
VSIP Bac Ninh Administration Office to propagandize widely the regulations on
traffic safety for operating Enterprises in VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park. Through the
program, the propaganda activities and raising awareness of traffic safety to work-
ers would be continually promoted and strengthen in the whole Park.

VSIP BAC NINH - CONFERENCE: “RIDING THE INDUS-
TRY 4.0 WAVE A FOCUS ON
MANUFACTURING SECTOR”

On 19th September 2019, Conference “Riding the Industry 4.0 wave – A focus on
manufacturing sector” – part of series welcoming the return of MTA Hanoi 2019
was organized in VSIP Bac Ninh Administration Office by Informa Markets in
Vietnam and John & Partners. The seminar aiming to support the local Enterprises
in creating sustainable management, propose strategic plan in the Industry 4.0 ara
welcomed more than 100 participants from Bac Ninh, Ha Noi and neighboring
provinces.

THE 5TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AND EXHIBI-
TION ON CONTROL AND AUTOMATION - VCCA 2019

On 5th Sep 2019, “Business Forum” within the framework of the 5th International
Conference and Exhibition on Control and Automation - VCCA 2019 hosted by
Vietnam Automation Association and Hanoi University of Science and Technology
and partners in Friendship Cultural Palace, 91 Tran Hung Dao, Hanoi had
specializing discussion topics for Manufacturing Enterprises. The event draw
attention to some operating Enterprises in VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park to attend.
