I am pleased to present the 2017-18 annual
report for Southeast Health Group. I took the
reins from Becky Otteman last November, and
have continued her efforts to pursue sensible
growth and sustainability. SHG was successful in
winning the Medicaid behavioral health contract
with our partners at Health Colorado. Our staff
has grown to 144, as we continue to respond to Dr. Joseph Carrica III,

the needs in our communities across the region. My door is open,
and I welcome community engagement and collaboration to
remove the barriers to health and well-being.
