THE COMPANY

Total Concept Projects (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 073474772) was established in 1984 by
Anthony Musico with operations starting in Malaysia in 1997.

Over these past twenty five (25) years, TCP has developed extensive expertise in
the design, installation and service of integrated sound, lighting and video
systems leading us to being one of Australia’s largest supplier to the commercial
and corporate market.

Total Concept Projects (Australia) Pty Ltd operates from its Head Office in Sydney,
Australia with branch offices in Victoria, Queensland and Coffs Harbor.

Total Concept Projects (International) Pty Ltd (ACN077700826) operates from offices
located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Total Concept Projects (Int) Pty Ltd has been
incorporated in Malaysia under the name of Total Concept Projects (M) Sdn. Bhd.
(466042-P) and registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) on 21st Jully 1998.

The Doubletree by Hilton Hotel located at Jalan Tun Razak Kuala
Lumpur. TCP was involved in supply, replace reconfigure and installing

The Huawei Command Centre @ CISC Huawei in Malaysia. TCP was involved in
designing, supply and installing the MLCD Video Wall and Extron Quantum Elite Video
Wall Processor integrated with Extron XTP 64 Matrix switcher. Control system using
Extron IPCP Processor and DMP for audio switching.

THE MALACCA CLUB (2011)

Melaka

The Malacca Club founded in 1880, during the then called British Malaya, expanded in
2010 and relocated into a new premise. A sound system and basic stage light was the
requirement. TCP was invited and successfully won the bid based on design, product,
budget and time line. The entire club and restaurant powered by on JBL speakers, QSC
Amplifiers, dbx processors and a Yamaha for the main house mix, created a smooth,
light and easy atmosphere when Back Ground music was piped in earlier in the evening
and dinner time. It still had plenty and sufficient power when the life band played.

meeting room

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS SENTOSA (2009-2010)
SINGAPORE

TCP was entrusted with the task of delivering Audio and Lighting Effects into Ancient
Egypt for one of the ride with the most lighting, prerecorded audio, and effects. With
over 40 Channels and Zones of lighting effects as well, almost a hundred loudspeakers
placed strategically around the ride bringing life to the family of Hippos, vultures, cobras,
a cheetah and the crocodiles, giving our young riders an experience on “being there” in
the excavation site.

One of the latest modern concept of clubbing available in Bandar
Sunway, which has state of the art sound system and lighting
installed by TCPKL with consultancy advice by ministry of Sound London.

WISMA LOURDES (OUR LADY OF LOURDES CHURCH COMMUNITY CENTRE),
KLANG (2008)

Owner: Our Lady of Lourdes Church
Consultant: Jurutera Perunding Genesis

The church committee of Our Lady of
Lourdes Church had the vision of youths in
the community being given the opportunity
to embrace learning: catechism classes,
multimedia applications and presentations,
and being guided in leadership roles
through the many church activities. The
Community Centre would also be available
to its parish members for social get-
together functions, wedding celebrations,
meetings and seminars.

TCPKL was then engaged to design, supply,

install, test and commission the audiovisual

systems for the Community Centre,

Classrooms and Auditorium. TCPKL also

designed the stage curtain, stage rigging,

stage lightings and projection systems for the

Auditorium, which has a seating capacity of

350 pax. Audio, video and Astro were also

designed and equipped at the Administration

Office and Priest’s Residence. Each

classroom is equipped with multimedia equipment enabling audio, video, computer

presentations using LCD projectors or plasma screens.

BUNGA RAYA CONDOMINIUM (2007) - Subang
Owner: Association, K.L.

This is a 3-phased project where

TCPKL was selected to install, test

and commission 38 units of

cameras in 14 blocks of

condominiums, two guard houses

and perimeter fencing cameras.

The system is Video-Over Cat 5

cabling network, consisting of two

command centers. Each

command centre has three units of

Digital Video Recorder with 16

cameras in one image output. The

system works independently at

each command center, thereby

giving each operator individual

selection. All video cameras are

complete with video, lighting

arrestors and UPS back-up.

PUBLIC BANK - IT & TRAINING CENTER, BANGI (2006)

This Project awarded in May 2006 and completed in July 2006, was a fast track
upgrading job for the existing Auditorium. The upgrading works included the followings:

1. Audio System – Replacement of
the mixer console with a Dynacord
16 ch 4 AUX and 4 subs that is
interfaced with the existing
Creston remote control system.

2. Upgrading the speaker system to
the Electro Voice speaker come
with Sub woofers to enhance the
audio range for speaker and better
voice intelligibility.

3. Upgrading the Visual system with
new Reversa High Gain Rear
Projector Screen and Panasonic
5500Ansi Lumens DLP projector.

4. Upgrading the House lighting
system with new dimmer banks
and interfacing with the existing
Creston Automation Control
System.

The system was fully tested using Real Time Analyzer Software called RTA and all
feedback point was suppressed. For additional feedback controls Sabine Feedback
controllers were used. The clients have tested running the stage monitors without any
feedback and are happy that the fold back monitors can be finally used.

Smart Homes

PENTAWORKS SDN. BHD. (2006)
This elegant residence is located in Tropicana Golf & Country Resort. The system
installed is HPM home automation and AMX wireless Touch panels throughout the
bungalow which controls everything electronic & electrical from the security system and
lighting system and its’ accessories in entire house right up to the cooling system of
fan, air conditioners, Curtains and Blinds right up to the AV equipment, PABX, Data and
Telephone. Structured Cabling Network, IP CCTV Cameras, Door Access, Main Gate,
Visitor gate, Main Entrance Door through one centralized controller.

The additional AMX Devices control the Customized Home Theater that operates the
entire Home Theater System at a touch of the panel. The controls are wireless
throughout the bungalow. In the entertainment room, the audio visual system is
remotely controlled from anywhere within the room with a controller. The Main
configuration of the system allows remote controls from 3 main wireless touch panels
strategically located around the house for ease of operations.

The additional 7 wireless panels one in each room, dinning, spa, Gym, pool and living.
Each can control the individual rooms with security access and password control.

DRAFTEN HOLDINGS (2006)
An English cottage view with a simple look deceives the view as the interior is designed
by the owner. The bungalow is designed to house family residence and Entertainment
facilities not like the common ones in any household.
TCPKL was engaged to design and build the Smart controls for this home back in 2005
when construction begun. The systems included the SMATV, CCTV, Home Theater,
Smart controls for Lighting, Curtains, Door Access, Chandeliers, and the many others
systems need to highlight the beauty of the home.

PHILIP MORRIS (M) SDN BHD, KUALA LUMPUR (2006)
(Digital Signage System (DSN) also referred as Electronic Bulletin Board)
This system compromises of screen installed in the Headquarters in KL and the factory
in Seremban. The DSN is able to send data and images from KL HQ to all the displays.
The system has a central PC that allows content to be developed and distributed to
media players located at various locations. These media players then distribute the
content electronically and are displayed on the displays.
The system is running 24hrs x 7 days a week and is controlled from the central PC for
scheduling, content upload via internet or WAN or LAN, monitoring of devices, number
of hours of airtime etc.

Video Conferencing Systems

AMP BANK, LONDON (2006)
A comprehensive Video Conferencing system and Audio Visual system was designed to
facilitate communication for bankers, and convening meetings with international branch
offices.
The conferencing equipment consisted of the Polycom Video conferencing system, two
units of 42” plasma TV screens, AV switcher and Sound reinforcement system. The
systems are controlled by AMX integrated AV systems, using a touch panel.

AUSTRALIA REFUGEES CAMP AT CHRISTMAS ISLAND (2005)
A Video Conferencing System was installed, using the Aethra VC system and 42”
Plasma TV screen, complete with a DVD recorder, cassette deck and table condenser
microphones, to record the interviews between the Immigration Officers from mainland
Australia and the residents of the Refugees Camp.

INTER-VISION MEDIA (M) SDN BHD (2005)
TCPKL designed, supplied, delivered, installed and commissioned the digital signage
network of 14 locations nationwide for Inter-Vision Media (M) Sdn Bhd. The Digital
Signage Network consists of a suite of solutions from Mercury Online's FRED Inspire
digital signage software and 42" Arena Vision plasma display panels. This system is
capable to transmit digitally advertisements from a central location to media players and
screens (plasma, LCD, Projectors etc) throughout Malaysia utilizing the Internet.
Screens can be seen in Madura, Asia Baazar, Seetharam, New Mahliga outlets
throughout Malaysia.

ASSAB STEEL SDN BHD (2004)
TCP designed, supplied and installed one of the most sophisticated Audio, Visual and
Lighting Systems for ASSAB Steel’s boardroom. The system included the intelligent
lighting systems called the I-Control System and state-of-the-art audio visual systems,
all of which is controlled by a touch panel.

Asia Pacific Projects (Aust) PTY LTD (2004 – 2005)
(Main contractor for Fuji Xerox Showrooms in Singapore & Shanghai)
Asia Pacific Projects (Aust) Pty Ltd is the main contractor for Fuji Xerox’s showrooms
and has approached us to design and supply the audio visual and architectural lighting
systems for their Epicenter showrooms.

The Epicenter showroom’s integrated audio visual and architectural lighting systems
was designed by TCP as well as the supply of Clay Paky architectural lighting, Tryka
LED lighting, EV audio equipment and AMX Control systems. This system automates all
the controls through one centralized hand held remote control and the operator does
need to touch the equipment located at a different location. Equipment controlled is
House lighting, Sound System, Projectors, Screens, videos devices like DVD, CD, VHS
player and Plasma Screens.

KUALA LUMPUR HILTON (TM2) – MUTIARA HOTEL (Rouge) (2003)
Kuala Lumpur Hilton is one of the oldest well-known Five Star Hotels situated in the
Golden Triangle. TCP services and maintains the Audio Visual and Lighting Equipment.

RAZZ-MA-TAZZ NITE CLUB (2003)
Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
One of the biggest and famous clubs opened in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah is the Razz-Ma-
Tazz Nite Club, which is fully endorsed by the Ministry of Tourism. TCP designed,
supplied and installed all lighting and audio system for the interior and exterior of the
club. Some of the equipment supplied and installed was state-of-the-art lighting system,
integrated audio routing system, latest Meyer line array sound system, integrated
wireless touch control system for dimming, screen, camera, etc.

Z’odd Design Sdn Bhd (2003)
(Main contractor for Berjaya Theme Park)
Z’odd Design Sdn Bhd is the main contractor for Berjaya Theme Park and have
approached us to design and supply the lighting systems for the Berjaya Theme Park.
The Theme Park’s integrated lighting system was designed by TCP as well as the
supply of the Column Colour Changer lighting, HPM dimmers and AMX Wireless
Controls.

LIQUID NIGHTCLUB (2002)
Kuala Lumpur - Central Market
One of Kuala Lumpur’s most famous venues for House Music, hosting foreign DJs like
Jim Shaft Ryan, from Miss Money Penny & Juan Diaz from Pacha Club. TCP installed
Meyer M2D Sound System and lighting equipment.

ASIAN INSTITUTE OF MEDICINE, SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY
(AIMST), KEDAH (2002)
TCP have provided Specialist Lighting Design Consultancy services for the Asian
Institute of Medicine, Science and Technology (AIMST) in Kedah Darul Aman. TCP
provided all concept design and design Development and documentation services.

the exterior of the main building.

EL NINO LATIN HEAT CAFÉ (2000)
Kuala Lumpur
Situated in the middle of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle, the club boasts a South
American flavor and caters mostly to the middle-income group.
TCP supplied the complete audio, lighting and video system on a design build-basis. Its
scope of work covers the front of house, stage monitoring, back line, CCTV and MATV,
using the most up-to-date equipment.

LAUNCH OF MACAU TOWER AND LIGHTING
SYSTEMS

MACAU TOWER (2001)
TCP Malaysia designed, supplied and coordinated the Launching of Macau Tower in
December 2001. Over five 40 foot containers of specialist equipment was used for the
production. TCP also designed and specified specialist lighting and Laser equipment for
the entertainment center which was permanently installed. The design included all
power distribution, control, as well as lighting fixtures. Equipment used included digital
control boards, dimmer racks, power distribution cabinets, moving yoke lights,
automated flood lights, etc.

CITRAWARNA 2000

Merdeka Square

TCP designed and specified all lighting equipment for this project. The design included
all power distribution, control and also the ambient lighting for the event itself.
Equipment used included digital control boards, dimmer racks, power distribution
cabinets, moving yoke lights, fixed lights, ground support system, the finest in Digital
mixing; the MIDAS 2000. The front of house were flanked with chains of Meyer M3Ds

LAUNCH OF PETRONAS TWIN TOWERS (1999)
Kuala Lumpur

Petronas Twin Towers were officially launched
by the Honorable Prime Minister of Malaysia
on 31st August 1999. TCP Malaysia is proud to
be a part of the historic event by providing
specialist floor equipment to light up the
building for the night.
For that purpose, TCP installed 80 units of
Coemar moving lights, from the 60th floor to

DEWAN FILHARMONIK PETRONAS (1999)
Kuala Lumpur
Malaysia's first Filharmonik Hall at Petronas
Twin Tower, KLCC represents an exciting
blend of traditional and contemporary
design principles. It is one of the most
impressive concert halls in Asia, and
currently the venue for the world's greatest
performing musicians.
For Dewan Filharmonik Petronas, TCP
supplied and installed the Front of House
Audio System. The system consists of a
Meyer Sound System, FOH Rack and
Effects rack consisting of Klark Teknik
Compressor / Limiter, Auto Quad Gate and
EQ and also Denon CD and other playback
systems.

OUTDOOR STADIUM (1997)

National Sports Complex Bukit Jalil (1998), Kuala Lumpur
Built in 1998, as Malaysia prepared to host the 26th Commonwealth Games, it is the
biggest outdoor stadium in Malaysia with a seating capacity of 110,000. The stadium,
combining the latest in stadium design and construction, is the pride of the Malaysian
Government as a showpiece to the world.

TCP was involved in designing,
supplying and installing the sound
reinforcement system, public address
system and emergency information
system using a state of the art computer
based control system. By the affiliation
of more than 180 units of amplifiers,
which are remotely controlled via fiber
transmission, the system allows the total
control of all audio equipment by one
single personnel manning the control
room via AMX touch panel.

SUNWAY PYRAMID CONVENTION CENTRE (1998)
Petaling Jaya

The convention centre located at Sunway Pyramid is situated amidst a fully integrated
resort setting. The centre has a total area of 54,440 square meters of floor space that
consist of a convention hall, extensive foyer area and eight meeting rooms.
TCP supplied and installed the complete audio video system. The system is managed
by an AMX Control System, all AV functions including lighting, projectors and audio can
be activated by a touch screen. This facility, even though it was built in 1997, remains
one of the most sophisticated facilities of this type in Malaysia.

SUNWAY LAGOON THEME PARK (1998)
Petaling Jaya
Sunway Lagoon Theme Park was Malaysia’s first international standard theme park. It
comprises of a Water Park, Adventure Park and Fort Lagoon Wild Wild West Park. It is
immensely popular, attracting visitors far and wide, with a record of 35,000 visitors in a
single day.

TCP designed and installed the
intelligent lighting system with AMX
Control system. This system is based
at the wave pool. It provides control
functions for the lighting and audio.
The system also controls the wave
pools functions via an interface to the
pool’s PLC.

SUNWAY PYRAMID SHOPPING CENTRE & ICE SKATING RINK (1998)
Petaling Jaya
Sunway Pyramid is a ‘one-stop’ mega shopping mall, entertainment and convention
landmark. It sits on a 2.5 million-sq-ft masterpiece teeming with shops, Cineplex and an
ice skating ring, among others. TCP supplied and installed the audio and intelligent
lighting system inclusive of a laser effects system.

RIVAS at SHERATON IMPERIAL (1998)
Kuala Lumpur
The nightclub in Kuala Lumpur, which was opened for the millennium celebration,
boasts a new trend in the city club scene. It has five outlets in itself, featuring
restaurant/live room, disco, jazz room, lounge and merchandising outlet.TCP was
contracted to install all the sound and lighting equipment including the CCTV system.
TCP also supplied Coemar moving fixtures for the restaurant, Meyer speakers for the
Jazz Room, background music system and a complete CCTV / MATV system.

Sydney University

Footbridge Theatre

TCP was awarded the refurbishment of the
Footbridge Theatre. The Footbridge Theatre
refurbishment was designed to allow the space to be
used for teaching as well as being used for
entertainment. TCP installed three large screen
projectors Systems and automated control systems.
TCP also installed a hearing assistance loop and
surround sound.

General Teaching Spaces

TCP installed the audiovisual component of the 22 rooms under refurbishment.
Each room was categorized into one of three types, depending on the size and
usage of the rooms.

An integrated meeting manager touch panel system connecting each of the 22
newly refurbished rooms with the 7 existing rooms, was also installed. TCP also
performed the electrical and data upgrade to allow effective running of the new
audiovisual products.

Macquarie University

Lecture Theatres and Teaching Spaces
TCP was awarded the tender for the audiovisual component for the refurbishment
of Macquarie University.
This included the installation of projectors, motorized screens and lecterns in the
3 theatres. The theatres also have surround sound, hearing assistance loops and
Creston control systems, which manage the lighting, sound and audio for the
theatres.
In each of the 60 teaching spaces, TCP installed speakers, projectors, motorized
screens and hearing assistance loops.
