Head Teacher’s Message

Dear Parents/Carers,

It has been a super fast month and it is now ‘all systems go’
until Christmas. You should have already received a booklet
with pantomime info, a school show ticket form and dates for
your diary for December. If your child has not brought this
home, please contact the office. If you can help with any
events we are holding or accompany us on any trips please
let us know!

This month’s newsletter contains the dates you should
already have, along with dates we have set for the rest of the
school year.

As always, please contact the office if you would like a chat
or a meeting to discuss any issues or concerns you may
have.

Thank you for your support in 2019
and I look forward to working with you
and your children in 2020.

In partnership,

Susan Lauder
Head Teacher

Message from the Office

Dear Parent/Carers

Thank you for the prompt returns with EV5 forms for the
pantomime and ticket money. Tickets for the show will be in
school bags on Monday. If you are looking for extra tickets,
these will be available from the office on a ‘first come, first
served’ basis from Wednesday. Either pop in to order and
pay or put money in an envelope with a note of which tickets
you would like.

We go to the Pantomime on Tuesday 17th December. The
buses will return around 4pm and ALL P1-4 children MUST
be collected from their class teacher in the playground.

A reminder that all clubs finish on Friday 6th of December
with the exception of GoFitba which is Friday 13th
December.

Kind regards
Mrs Smith

School Shows

Our children are working very hard on their shows:

December at 6pm and Wednesday 11th December at 2pm.
P4-7 are performing ‘Sleeping Beauty and the Ugly Truth’ on

There will be a raffle/tombola at all shows along with a tuck shop.
Hotdogs will be on sale at the evening perfomance.

Classes will be selling some arts and craft Christmas goodies
outside their classes too.

CHRISTMAS JUMPERS on Friday 6th
December.

BREAKFAST BOUNCE

Our ‘Breakfast Bounce’ continues to be very
successful and we would like to extend the
invitation to this to ALL FAMILIES in our
school. This is FREE! Families can come for
breakfast and you are very welcome to stay
for the ‘bounce’ or to play games with your
child/ren. You can come one day in the week or
every day! The choice is yours!

8.20-8.40 - Breakfast
8.40-9.00 - Activities and games
** P1-3 children must ALL be signed in by a

parent/carer on arrival. **

NEW SCHOOL LUNCH MENU

On Thursday 19th December (weather
permitting) we will be walking to Kilwinning Old
Parish for our Christmas Service at 9.30am. We
would like to invite you to walk with us and
celebrate Christmas together.

Afterwards, we invite parents/carers and friends
to join us in the hall for tea/coffee and mince

Our fabulous Parent Council have organised for
a ‘special someone’ to come to gift a selection
box to each child during this time too.
