CERTIFICATION BY JAKIM

what is the condition of renewal?

Usually the validity of Halal certificate by JAKIM is 2
years. After the period of validity, the company
shall not use the Halal certificate for their benefit.
Submission of Halal Certification for renewal
process should be submitted at least THREE (3)
months before the expiry date.
The renewal of Halal certificate must be submitted
with a complete application form and other
relevant documents.

STEPS IN RENEWAL OF
HALAL CERTIFICATE

1.Update information through online in MYeHALALsystem
2.It is encouraged to check all of the previous information so that there will be no correction to be made in the
future
3.After update, need to send updated supporting documents to Halal Hub JAKIM/ nearest JAIN
4.The charged letter will be issued to the company with same amount of fee for certain period of validity
5.JAKIM/JAIN will schedule an audit/visit to the premise
