About Heathfield House

Perfectly placed for a corporate retreat

Heathfield House is the perfect luxurious environment for all kinds of small conferences and team building events. We have 12 bedrooms in the main house and
additional accommodation on the estate, making and extra 6 beds available.

Set within 15 acres, Heathfield House in Bransgore has a distinctly rural setting yet is within easy reach of both city and coast – just a short drive from Brockenhurst and
its regular trains to London, and 5 miles from the sea with its coastal walks, sailing and water sports.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE M27

Heathfield HouseTake junction 1 from the M27 and follow the A337 signpost to Lyndhurst, Turn left onto Lyndhurst High Street, At the bottom of the High street turn right onto Gosport Lane and follow

signs to the A35 Christchurch and Bournemouth (not to Romsey) At a T-junction turn left onto the A35 to Christchurch. After about 9 miles on the A35 turn right onto Lyndhurst Road.
This is sign posted to Godwinscroft. After approximately 0.5 miles, past Forest Road, the main gates to the Property are on the right. The gates are lit up and will automatically open in the
daytime if you pull up close to them. A code will be needed for evening access. This code will be given to you by our Estate Manager prior to your arrival.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE A35 WEST
Take the A35 from the west, passing Bournemouth and Christchurch. Approximately 3.5 miles past the Christchurch roundabout turn left onto Ringwood Road (signposted
Bransgore) just after The Cat and Fiddle pub. After about a mile take the first turning right onto Lyndhurst Road. After approximately 1.5 miles, the main gates to the
Property are on the left (before Forest Road). The gates are lit up and will automatically open in the daytime if you pull up close to them. A code will be needed for evening
access. This code will be given to you by our Estate Manager prior to your arrival.

BY RAIL
The nearest British Rail train stations are Hinton Admiral (3 miles) and Christchurch (7 miles) and Brockenhurst (8 miles), there is no direct transport from the stations to
the Heathfield House
