PERMASPERSE® Liquid Acid Dyes

The PERMASPERSE Dye range is a group of metal complex dyes that
have demonstrated excellent suitability for wood stains. These dyes
exhibit solubility in solvent and water based systems.

These liquid dyes are supplied in approximately 25% solids
in 1-methoxy-2-propanol and are compatible with most stain
formulations.

These selected dyes are ideally suited for staining wood and
· are readily soluble in a variety of solvents
· are low viscosity and fast-drying
· demonstrate good light fastness
· exhibit good over-lacquering resistance
· offer good storage stability

PERMALEX® MC Solvent Dyes

The PERMALEX MC range is a selected group of metal complex solvent dyes. They are
suitable for a wide variety of applications such as the coloration of vinyl and nitrocellulose
lacquers to produce vibrant colors on metal foils and polymeric films.
These PERMALEX MC dyes are also highly suitable for NGR (Non Grain Raising) wood
stains, decorative coatings, plastics and various Ink applications.
These dyes have excellent solubility in a wide range of solvents and exhibit very good heat
stability and light fastness in many applications.

PERMALEX® Liquid Acetone Dyes

PERMALEX Liquid Acetone Dyes are a select group of metal complex solvent dyes that have
been converted to liquid form to simplify application and prevent dust contamination. Using
these dyes can help reduce the output of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).

These dyes are suitable for a wide variety of applications such as the coloration of vinyl and
nitrocellulose lacquers to produce vibrant colors on metal foils and polymeric films. They are
highly suitable for NGR (Non Grain Raising) wood stains, decorative coatings, plastics and
various ink applications.

PERMALEX Liquid Acetone Dyes have excellent solubility and exhibit very good heat stability
and light fastness in a variety of applications.

PERMACURE® UV Curable Pigments

PERMACURE wood colors are a line of UV curable pigments that allow the user to produce
an even coating on a variety of substrates – even surfaces where its typically difficult for
coating to adhere.

The radiation from the UV light causes the photo initiator to cleave and initiate the
polymerization process. The curing happens rapidly allowing a high volume throughput in a
short period of time.
