SAVING
THE PLANET
ONE TYRE AT A TIME
The global tyre market is set to reach 4 billion units by 2025 (MARC Group)
amounting to over 22,75 million tones annually (Tyre Tech Int.) Waste tyres
are a global problem because of their non-biodegradability, its flammability
and its composition. Due to their large volumes and 75% void space which
quickly fill up valuable dump area, used tyres are not suitable for landfills.

PRODUCT
DEVELOPMENT
Equipped with an in-house R&D team which includes mould making and
test facilities. We have developed a vast array of new and unique recycled
rubber products (including patents) and have the capability to provide a
continuous steady stream of new products, bespoke mouldings and
composites.
With over 30 years of experience in the recycled rubber products market in
South Africa which is a relatively small regional economy, we have had to
develop a large range of products across the entire business spectrum to
have consistent sales . We are able to service many different industries with
industry specific solutions.
We have spent time developing products suitable for different seasons,
uses and applications. Therefore, our products are not prone to seasonal
changes. Due to the low-price base of input granulate and the high cost of
transport we have proven that a very diverse range of products to a regional
base creates a profitable business model.
Procurement: We procure the moulds and binder required for manufacture,
harnessing global procurement muscle and scale.
