requirements for new regions (i.e. Africa), to name but a few.
- Governance (compliance) related matters with regard to board meetings; board committee meetings;
preparation of board packs; attending and recording meetings, following up on action items with board
members, etcetera.
- Company related administration in terms of PI Insurance and short-term insurance; board charters;
company policies, Terms of Business (statutory aspects), audit-related SLA’s/other.

- Preparing Carrick and designing client newsletters, invitations and updates in MailChimp. Deploy using
mailing lists and databases. Management of contacts in the database.
- Designing of social media posts and elements, as well as online advertising banners.
- User interface for landing pages and Carrick websites and user experience for new pages.
- Updating and monitoring all Carrick Group websites (occasional changes, blog article uploads etc.)
- Preparing all design work for print and liaise with printers on quotes and print jobs.
- Updating and printing of Carrick handbooks, training manuals and prospectuses.
- Preparing job advertisements for internal and external vacancies for recruitment.
- Ensure the brand is consistent to the established Corporate Identity.
