PROPOSAL(1)
Human Risk Factor that contributes to
the accident on Pan-Borneo Highway
Construction in Kuching, Sarawak.
OVERVIEW OF THE TOPIC
The focus of this paper is the successful completion of a
project relies heavily on effective risk management. The act
of discovering, categorizing, analyzing, and evaluating the
inherent risks that are present in a project is known as risk
management in the construction of Pan-Borneo Highway in
Kuching, Sarawak.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
There has been an increase in deaths & injuries due to the
hazardous working conditions brought about by inadequate
supervision and risk management.
RESEARCH AIM
The goal of this research is to examine the risk management
put in place by the contractor working on the Pan-Borneo
Highway.

BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING
(BIM) IMPLEMENTATION UPON THE
CONSTRUCTION SAFETY
MANAGEMENT IN KLANG VALLEY
OVERVIEW OF THE TOPIC
The construction industry is recognized as a high-risk sector.
By enhancing the communication, information flow, and
analysis across the whole construction project management
lifecycle, several safety accidents, injuries, and deaths might
be avoided in the construction of Klang Valley.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
This study is focusing on the implementation of building
information modelling (BIM) upon the construction safety
management in Klang Valley

DEVELOPMENT IN KLANG VALLEY
OVERVIEW OF THE TOPIC
Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) are
visualization technologies that are dramatically changing the
way humans interact with visual information. Augmented
and virtual reality have the potential to provide a step-
change in productivity in the construction development in
Klang Valley.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
This study is focusing on the adoption of augmented reality
