In this course we will discuss:

1. How to create a Zoom account.
2. How to setup a meeting
3. How to join a meeting

How To Setup To begin go to Zoom.us in
Your Zoom your browser and click the
Account Sign Up Free Button in the
right hand corner.

Next, for verification you will
enter your date of birth. From
there you'll then be taken to
the next screen to sign up
with your email address,
Facebook or Google account.

You’ll be sent a confirmation
to the email address you used
to sign up. Go to you email
and find the email, then click
Activate Account.

To finish setting up your
account, you’ll enter your first
name, last name and a
password. Make sure your
password has at least 8
characters.
Have at least 1 letter
Have at least 1 numberInclude
both Upper and Lower case
characters Password can not
contain only consecutive
characters (12345678 or
abcdefgh) Then click: Continue

How to Host a Yay!! So you’re ready to host or join
Meeting a meeting in Zoom. First go to zoom.
us and log into your account.

Today we’ll be hosting a meeting.
You have the option of hosting a
meeting with video off, video on, or
screen share only.

If you do not have Zoom dowloaded
onto your device, It may began
downloading automatically. If it does
not, you will be prompted to
download and run Zoom. Once the
download is complete you will
automatically be placed in your
meeting.

If you already have zoom
downloaded onto your device.
You’ll receive a pop-up to open
zoom.us. Click open zoom us and
you’ll be connected to your
meeting.

Now that you’re connected you’ll
choose to Join with Computer Audio
so the other participants can hear
you.

You’re ready to go!! If you would like
others to see your wonderful face,
click on Start Video at the bottom.
Enjoy your meeting!
