1. CALLING OF MEETING
The Annual General Meeting was called to order at 6.00 pm by the Chairman

President thanked the members for their attendance and support

Last 20th AGM minutes was presented by Hons. Secretary Rtn. J.Henry. It was proposed by PP
Asokan K and seconded by PP Kengkatharan.

4. ADOPTION OF ACCOUNT
4.1 It was presented by Hons. Treasurer PP Pathma Devi. Some matters were requested
for clarification and all was cleared for adoption.

4.2 The Club & Project Accounts was passed and adopted by the attending members.
It was proposed by Rtn. J Henry and seconded by PP Asokan K.

6. SPEECH BY NEWLY ELECTED PRESIDENT 2022/2023
6.1 President Kengkatharan thanked the members and hopefully a wonderful and
workable year. Members with passion and dedication derives us to have a better
world to live.

7. OTHER MATTERS
7.1 Change of Signatories and Address

It was agreed by the attending members that signatories of the banking accounts and for
any official matters should remain with 3 nominated candidates from 1st July 2021 till 30th
June 2022 :

6.4.3. The by-laws need to be updated in line with RI Regulations.

8. ADJOURMENT OF MEETING

Being no other matters to be further discussed, the meeting was adjourned at 7.30 p.m. with
