RUMAH KUPI MATA AYER, PERLIS

RUMAH KUPI INTRODUCTION Mohd Daniel Azizan established Rumah Kupi in July 2021 with an estimated RM60000 financial support. The address of Rumah Kupi is kg Mata Ayer, Kangar, Perlis. This was the first coffee shop he worked on. He transformed a five year abandoned property into a coffee cafe after renovating it. At Rumah Kopi, he is the only owner and hires two employees. Because of COVID-19, which had a lot of bad effects and damaged numerous sources of revenue, this store was opened. Thus, Rumah Kupi was established and started providing for him. The traditional wooden home that serves as Rumah Kupi location and source of relaxation for guests serves as where the term Rumah Kupi originates. Customers at Rumah Kupi feel as though they are in their own house. Relaxation is a top priority for each guest at Rumah Kupi. Considering the intense competition from the surrounding area, Rumah Kupi has unique qualities that set it apart from other coffee shops. Meanwhile, Rumah Kupi used to be regarded as a popular tourist destination in Perlis and authorised by the state government. Using the idea of a traditional house, this store is able to attract customers, particularly those who love traditional and cultural art. It’s no secret that coffee is popular among today’s young and has a role in society. Thus it makes sense that an increasing amount of coffee shops are opening these days.

This area also looks aesthetic and suitable for taking pictures. This place is also visually appealing and ideal for photography. The picture on the lower right depicts the outer area of Rumah Kupi. When you arrive, you will notice the sign on the tree in front of the building. Guests can also take photographs. This area is also the area above the wooden house. This long table is in a room with two windows. This area is suitable to be an ootd place for families with many family members because the table can fit 6 people and creates the impression of eating together in the kitchen This is the lower area of Rumah Kupi. This areacontains more tables than the one at the top of the house. This area also has plenty of space for selfies and ootd shots because the concept is similar to an old coffee shop and also resembles a home from the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s. Finally, if you are someone who likes retro vibes, then Rumah Kupi is the right choice. This is the dining room on the upper floor because this dining room was made in a wooden pole village house. This is perfect for anyone who has a hobby of selfies and taking ootd photos because the atmosphere inside really evokes nostalgia. This is because all of the products here are made of wood. For example, a short wooden dining table with no chairs. This table is unique in that guests will sit cross-legged on cushioned pillows to enjoy their meal. In addition, there is an old television on a wooden table, an old typewriter, an old glass cupboard with an antique table and decorative items within, and an old frame on the wall.

R U M A H K U P I PLAN of FUTURE “In this short period of time, we are going to build a gallery and we are preparing it for organizations that need to hold exhibitions or workshops.
